Do the files in the Dropbox folder all have sync icons on them? Are they in specific folders, or just in random locations?
-
Hi @"freedomlife54", thanks for messaging the Community. As @"Rich" said, there hasn't been any changes in the normal features of Dropbox. Could you let us know more about what you're referring to? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"PaulDb", thanks for bringing this to our attention. The notification that is being sent would be to an Edge browser on a device you've used in the past with the Dropbox Passwords extension installed, or on any currently connected device. It wouldn't necessarily be the current browser you're using. Did you use Edge on…

Hi @"JaydonBuzzkill", thanks for providing these details! Have there been any recent updates to your Dropbox team by any chance, or a reorganization of the files on their end which might have brought on this syncing? Are the number of files syncing, as shown in your screenshot, decreasing or remaining the same constantly?…

Thanks for the info. What web browser are you using on both of devices?
-
Hi @"Ours", thanks for messaging the Community! What browser are you using when attempting to log in to the Dropbox site and when trying to use the Yubico key? Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
-
Hi @"rendra", thanks for messaging the Community. I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail. You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link. From there you should be able to contact…

Thanks for the info, it might be worth looking at that thread to see if there's any update on this matter.
-
Hi @"Arek Luc", thanks for taking the time to message us! Currently the Dropbox mobile isn't a full audio and video player, when compared to other audio players. This is most likely why it might not work with a timer app. I'll leave this thread open for other users to post their suggestions for possible solutions.

Thanks for the info, I've sent you an email, please could you reply to it when you get a chance?

Hi @"bfingers", thanks for contacting us! We do have the automation feature which is currently available for all plans on the Dropbox site. However, there isn't an option to move files from one folder or another in the way that you're looking for. As @"Rich" said, if you're looking at a third party service, they might be…

No worries, glad to have helped out. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us back!

Hi @"Thingy", thanks for messaging the Community. Are you able to access your files by clicking this link? From there, you should be able to download files and then delete them from the Dropbox site in order to free up your quota. If you need any further assistance, please let me know!
-
Hi @"pfahrun", thanks for bringing this to our attention. How many Paper documents on your account are experiencing this behavior? How did you add the images to those Paper documents? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"psharkov", thanks for messaging the Community. Is it possible that any of your shared links could've been accessed by a large number of users which might've generated a lot of traffic? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"Buzon", thanks for posting today! Currently, there is a 64 bit version of the Dropbox desktop application available, which you can see on this page. Could you try installing that to see if this helps satisfy your requirements? Keep me updated with any progress!
-
At this time, only files stored in the Dropbox folder would sync to the Dropbox site, and thus to other devices. The older version of Dropbox Backup did allow the desktop folder to appear in the Dropbox folder. However, it sounds like that you've upgraded to the newer version of Dropbox Backup, which changes things on the…

Is your phone constantly connected to your WiFi network, as it appears that you have cellular data disabled for the camera uploads feature?
-
Actually, it should've been the opposite, if the Desktop folder is enabled, then it would be included in the Dropbox Backup, as shown on the Dropbox site. There isn't another way to 'sync' the desktop folder to Dropbox. When you said that the desktop files were syncing, did you mean in the normal Dropbox folder itself, or…
-
Hi @"Gazzor1969", thanks for messaging the Community! It sounds like you've enabled the Dropbox Backup feature, which would also back up files on your desktop. Could you check to ensure that the desktop is still enabled for backup in the Dropbox desktop application settings, under 'Manage backups'? Keep me updated with any…

Hi @"Keith15", @"Hog Wild", I've sent you emails individually, please could you reply to them when you get a chance?
-
New photos only means that from the moment you enabled it, only new photos would be uploaded, so and photos taken before that time wouldn't be uploaded. It wouldn't make any difference to the interval when using that one or continuous camera uploads. Each version of Android and device might show a different method for…
-
Hi @"cosmicmadman", thanks for messaging the Community! Could you try disabling camera uploads on your phone, and then re-enabling it to see if this helps? Keep me updated with any progress!
-
Hi @"DevilsTongue", thanks for bringing this to our attention. In order to understand what occurred, could you help us with the following: * What settings were reset? * What device and build did you update to? * When did this happen exactly? Any other info or screenshots would be helpful! --- Bonjour @"DevilsTongue", merci…

Hi @"mikeshack81", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Do you think that you have any shared links on your account that could've breached the daily bandwidth limit, perhaps from being shared to many people to view? This will help me to assist further!
-
Could you attach a screenshot of the email you received, showing the date and time it was sent, while hiding any names or other personal info?
-
Customizing the bandwidth allows you to set an upper limit, or just to remove the limit entirely at all times. When you have Dropbox optimize it automatically instead, it should try to use the maximum bandwidth available, but it might lower the syncing speed temporarily if it detects that the internet usage is is already…
-
Hi @"Terry P.", currently, we're not experiencing any issues with syncing via the Dropbox desktop application. Have you checked the bandwidth settings in the desktop app to ensure that there aren't any limits on the upload speed?
