Thanks for the info. It wouldn't be possible to have it stored in the EU from the beginning, even with a Dropbox team plan. It would need to be migrated to EU data after upgrading, and with having 10 licenses in the team.

Could you try disconnecting the USB and then disable the camera upload feature in the desktop app, re-enable it using these steps, and try connecting your USB again?
