Is Sequoia 15.1.1 compatible with Dropbox?
My Macbook Pro (M1) is pestering me to upgrade to Sequoia 15.1.1. I'm currently running Sonoma 14.7.1. I'm hesitant to upgrade because I don't want to run into any issues with Dropbox. Have others had a smooth upgrade to Sequoia 15.1.1? Thanks!
The Dropbox icon is gray in my menu bar and the desktop app won't start.
Dropbox for mac: menu bar icon is gray and when I click it the animation starts but my desktop app never starts or connects. This has now happened on two macs. I've tried everything. Can still access my dropbox on the web. I want to upgrade but not when this is happening. Help!
Show Upload Speeds
This used to be possible on a mac. In the menu bar you could click the dropbox icon and it would show you the speeds of your upload. Now it just says "syncing" but that isn't nearly as helpful. I notice that Dropbox has been updated on both of my iMacs to version 212.4.5767. According to the Dropbox page, 'Desktop Client Builds', that version doesn't exist!! Anybody else notice this or have a solution?
Why do I need to sync my files manually on the desktop app?
