Dropbox web says I'm over-quota, but my desktop app shows little usage.
With Dropbox Basic, I recieved an alert saying my dropbox is full -all 8.25 GB are used. But when I check my Dropbox file on my desktop it's size is 1.89 GB. I keeping getting a message that file name is too long when moving files using the desktop app.
When I move some files over to dropbox I get a message that says the name is too long. Dropbox accepts the file but won't let me rename or even move it onto my desktop so I can shorten the name, ex. an invoice for a client.
