I can't open videos I've downloaded from Dropbox; it says that their format is unsupported.
I have dropbox on my phone and computer. I am not able to open any old videos or current videos. I am getting a message " can't play, choose something else, this item is in a format we don't suport". My old videos were opening up and now they aren't. What has changed and how can I fix this?

Hello, I would like to have one of my Drop box folder (Business edition) save also on iCloud. In my company we have a "Private folder" on which we have some Information such as Pay Slips, Expense reports and so on. I would like this one to be synced with my icloud folder. How can I do that? Dropbox can't sync one of my folders on Windows 10, and the right-click options are also gone.

The setting in the desktop app is default to online-only but not working
Hi all, In my Smart Sync settings, I have the default set to online-only. i.e. new files should be set to online-only. However, whenever someone adds a new folder+files to my shared folder, it selectively syncs to the folder and all files. I thought that it would show in explorer, but only in online-only mode...
