Glad to see we're getting there @"Techmom236" - as for the issue with your Firefox, I'd suggest clearing the browser's cache and/or try a private browsing window as well to see if the issue is somehow caused by a web extension or the likes. Let us know how you get on!

Yes, if they copy your files to their Dropbox account it will count towards their own quota too @"Dweb" If they're logged into their account when they access your shared links they will get a window asking them if they'd like to view (or download) the files and/or add them to their account. Can you find the app's icon on your computer to relaunch it? As for the start-up option, you can find it in the app's preferences. Let me know what you find and we'll take it…
