Hey @Boxuser11! Do you have access to the email address showing here, so that we can email you there?
-
Hi again, @"Who_am_I" ! If you see this status, it means that the other user hasn’t verified their email address yet after creating the new Dropbox account. If they check their email address, do they see the verification email now? They'll need to double check their spam folder again, too.
-
You’re all set, @lukehanley! Don’t forget to reply to my email, when you get the chance.
-
@man_dlvx, please reply to my email, when possible. Cheers!
-
Hope it’s OK if I chime in, @ChristopherBell! I may have missed it, but did you reinstall the Dropbox app on your computer and the option is still not showing? Out of curiosity, do you have any other computers with the desktop app installed? Is the option missing from them, too?
-
Thanks for giving that a go. Can you try one more thing with me? I'd like you to click on the “View all plans” button and let me know if you can access your Dropbox account after that (when going to your Home page).
-
Hey @Jo_M, sorry for jumping in. Since I understand your Dropbox account is over-quota and syncing on your desktop app has paused, I’d suggest going to the Dropbox website instead and trying to delete any excess files from there. Can you give this a go and let me know if it works?
-
Hi again, @harlings! To be honest, I also believe that this is mostly an issue with Microsoft at this point, so I’d suggest contacting them next to investigate this further (since everything is working normally on Dropbox’s side).
-
Hope you’re doing well, @Tairetsu! Welcome to our forum. Can you send me a screenshot of what you see when trying to back up folders within your Documents folder? Also, if you’re using the updated Backup feature, keep in mind that backups from other devices can only be accessed on your web account. Keep me posted for any…

Hey @Nige_l! Welcome aboard our forum. Are you using the mobile app to upload this video or www.dropbox.com instead? Can you clarify the size of the video you’re trying to upload to your Dropbox account? Let me know, and we’ll go from there.
-
Thanks for all the screenshots, @Peter Marigold! If you don’t mind, I’d like to ask for one more screenshot of the syncing icon you see next to the “LONDON MET” folder, as showing in your last screenshot. Besides that, I’d also like you to right click on the folder, go to Properties, and send me a screenshot of the next…

Hey @banusanar, can you clarify when you purchased your Dropbox plan exactly? Are you able to access the page Jay linked above, and if yes, what do you see there?
-
Thanks, @rjrex! I’ll review your case as soon as possible and reply back.
-
@lukehanley, since none of the steps provided have helped so far, can we log a ticket for you and investigate internally?
-
Hi again, @rjrex! Please reply to my email, when you get the chance, and we’ll take a closer look.
-
Sorry to hear about that, Bruce. Since your case was already being handled by our advanced team, can you try to reply back to that ticket directly? A new ticket should be automatically generated with a new ticket number.
-
Sorry to hear that, @@"CliffSmiff". First off, I’d like to know the syncing status and app version of your Dropbox app. How long ago did you notice the options were missing? Was it after a specific OS or Dropbox update? On that note, I’d also like to know the OS version of your device.
-
@jbenton42, this sounds like it may be expected, but let’s check a few more things together. Can you clarify the syncing status of your Dropbox app? If you add files to your folders via the website or the desktop app, do you see them on the other platform?
-
Hi from me as well, Tim. You mentioned in your first post that this is happening for files that are being uploaded from your camera, correct? So, is it safe to assume you’re using camera uploads on your desktop app to automatically upload these files? If yes, I’d like you to open the “Camera Uploads” folder on your…
-
Hey @@"Windo", hope you’re well and sorry for jumping in. I can confirm it’s not possible to use selective sync for the personal team member folder that’s been created on the Dropbox team. However, a workaround I can suggest is to create a subfolder within that folder and move your files/folders inside. You should be able…
-
Hey @rjrex! You also didn’t manually install the Dropbox app, but it came pre-installed, correct? Was the device brand new or refurbished when you got it? I’d like us to gather as many details as possible and investigate further.
-
Hey @Experts Global, hope it’s OK if I jump in. Please keep in mind that we don’t have any account visibility on the forum, so we can’t look up any files/folders unfortunately. However, as Walter mentioned above, our team is already aware you’ve reached out to us on the Community and they’ll get back to you as soon as…
-
Hi again! On one of the screenshots you sent to Megan, I can see that your Dropbox folder contains about 360K files (in general, the performance of the app may decline above ~300K files). Besides making your files online-only, there’s also the selective sync feature (showing on your last screenshot), which totally removes…
-
Thanks for giving that a try. Can you also send over a screenshot of the errors you’re getting on Microsoft? What’s the app version you’re running on the Dropbox app?
-
Hey @@"Thijxx", hope it’s OK to jump in. Since the number of photos is quite large, this may be the issue here. However, when did this start? Is this something that started only recently or has the issue been going on for a while now?
-
Hey @"yapanitz"! I’ve opened a ticket for you. Please take the time to reply back, when you see it.
-
Hey @"harlings"! Thanks for posting this on our Community. If I’m not mistaken, your screenshots are from the Microsoft Word and Excel apps on your iPad. Correct? If yes, I also tried the same steps as a test and the “Remove from list” option seems to be working (after deleting a file via the Dropbox mobile app). Can you…
-
You're all set, @"JenA6"! Please reply to my email, when possible.
-
Sorry to hear this, @"Doug R.1". Can you let us know the syncing status and app version of your Dropbox app? Is this something you noticed after a specific OS or Dropbox app update?
-
Thanks for those screenshots! Now, if I got it right, it looks like both your Dropbox account and your hard drive are full. Can you go here and send me one more screenshot of what you see? If your Dropbox account is indeed full, the first step will be to either remove some files from your account online or get more Dropbox…
