Let's try a couple of things, to see if they're going to remedy this @"fooosco". Can you try temporarily signing out of the app, and then back in? After that, I'd also suggest that you adjust the app's bandwidth limit to "Don't Limit" to allow Dropbox to use as much as possible. That should hopefully make the app sync…

Hey @"aaronknyb", let me jump in here! Office Online auto-saves your content back to Dropbox at regular intervals. I don't believe there's a direct way to disable this feature. However, as a workaround you can duplicate the existing master file, and make any necessary changes there.
