Hey @"aaronknyb", let me jump in here! Office Online auto-saves your content back to Dropbox at regular intervals. I don't believe there's a direct way to disable this feature. However, as a workaround you can duplicate the existing master file, and make any necessary changes there.

Hey @"blegion47", thanks for letting us know more! I'm going to keep this idea open, with the main focus being the ability to right click on files/folders and search your existing tags. Since you mentioned some additional feature requests related to tagging, I'd suggest posting those as separate ideas, to avoid any…

Hey @"muddleglum", let me also jump in here! In order to avoid confusion or going back and forth between the two existing threads, I'll reply to this other thread of yours, where you've already uploaded your screenshots. Thanks!

Hey @"ataraxy", let me jump in here! Please keep in mind that the packages on WinGet aren't being uploaded from our end. In any case, I'll forward your feedback to the appropriate areas so we can continue to improve. If you need something else, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help every step of the way.

Hey @"brodrig", let me jump in here! Even if your case has been marked as solved, you should still be able to reply back to the agent working on it. Can you try accessing the email chain directly through your email address? That way you should be able to reply back to it.
-
Hey @"davisjenny", thanks for posting here! Do you experience the same issue as the OP? Would you like to share some additional details with me such as: when did that first start, and which browser are you using? Also, have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this thread? Let me know more, and we'll…

Hello again, @"waldalla"! 😇 At the moment that isn't possible. However, our Team has it under its radar. I suggest you take a look and upvote this similar idea that has been submitted. It sounds very similar to what you're asking. If you need anything else, just give me a shout! Thanks.
-
Hey there, @"waldalla", let's jump right into this! Do you currently use Dropbox on your Mac with File Provider? Is your Dropbox folder located here: ~/Library/CloudStorage? I'm asking because if that's the case then it sounds like you might be using the wrong command. You can see more about this in the relevant Help…

Thanks for the heads up @"bulldogman"! If you could check, that'd be lovely. Does that only happen with Excel files? If you add a new file, I am guessing you can see it on the mobile app, right?
-
Hey @"bulldogman" if you wish you can install our app, but that purely depends on your personal preference. If you're used to the website, that's no problem at all. So, just to sum the situation up: you're adding content using your account online, but the files aren't visible when you open your mobile app. Have you made…

I see, thanks for checking @"EREP"! Can you also follow these steps in order to perform an advanced reinstall? That should do the trick. If not, let me know and we'll take it from there!
-
Hey @"EREP", thanks for replying back to me! Can you please try to click the following to see if it changes things at all? -Click on the Apple icon at the top left of your screen. -Click on System Settings. -On the General tab, select Login Items & Extensions. -Scroll down to Extensions, and click the (i) next to File…

Hey @"AG1979", can I send you an email in order for us to have a closer look into this?
-
Hey @"Kuroo", can I send you an email in order for us to have a closer look into this?
-
Thank you for clarifying @"AG1979"! I'd like to ask for a few step-by-step screenshots if it's not too much trouble. They'll help me get a visual too.😇 You should be able to click the camera-like icon when replying back to me, and attach them here.

If I recall, I had opened a ticket on my end for you, in order to have a more in depth look about this issue with our Specialized team, right @"ryofurue"? Was the issue ever resolved on your end? If so, when did it come back?
-
Hey @"ryofurue" thanks for the heads up, and for keeping an eye out! I'll be one post away if you need any help! 🤓
-
Hey there, @"EREP", let's jump right into this! Can you share with me the app's exact syncing status at the moment? You also mentioned that you recently changed the location of your Dropbox folder. Can you confirm that these were the steps that you used? If not, feel free to clarify. Lastly, can you please follow these…
-
Hey @"AG1979", let me also jump in here! Would you mind clarifying your OS, along with the Dropbox version that you have installed on your device? How long has this been an issue? One more thing: if you temporarily switch from a WiFi to a cellular connection, do you notice the same behavior?
-
Hey @"Kuroo"! Based on everything that you described, it sounds like this time you might be facing something different this time around. Your sharing ability seems to be working just fine if you're able to share content. As for what you described, would you be able to let me know exactly the pop-up message you receive when…
-
Hey @"JonasOP", thanks for posting here! Would you like to share some additional info with me as to what you'd like to achieve? While we're at it, what is the plan you're using on your end? Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
-
Hey @"djcopnkr69"! Let's try something different. Can you create a new user profile on your OS, and try to install the Dropbox app via our offline installer instead? Let me know how it goes!
-
Hi @"Vaughan W" thanks for posting here today! Yes, you can still share a file or a folder. Here are the steps on how to do this. If you need something else or have any other questions, don't hesitate to let me know! 😇
-
Hey @"AFrench", welcome to our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this. Are you referring to the old Public folder feature which was deprecated on September 1st 2017, or a normal shared link to a folder? Just to make sure we're troubleshooting the right thing here, could you check if you can preview…
-
Hey @"ckoz2015", I was wondering if maybe you're creating a "can edit" permission link, instead of a "can view". Can you try out these steps instead? Once your link is ready, try to open it from an incognito tab while you're not signed into your Dropbox account, and let me know what you find.
-
Hey @"DD Wire" let me also jump in here! There shouldn't be. At least we didn't have any major reports. In any case, if you come across any issues feel free to let me know and we'll be happy to assist.
-
Hey @"Huxley_D", thanks for posting here! Apologies for the lengthy reply, I just want to make sure we've covered everything here. Keep in mind that Dropbox can sync as fast as your Internet service provider (ISP) allows. Consumer ISP's normally provide 1/10th the upload speed compared to download speed. In your case that…
-
Hey @"Sivmo", have you tried searching for any Dropbox related email in your inbox? Checking for any old devices, that might still be linked with the old Dropbox account that you were using might also do the trick. If this doesn't work either, I can send you an email in order for us to look into this.

Hey @"Dave C.49" thanks for posting here! I can see that my colleague, Walter already replied on another thread that you posted there. Reply back to him, and we'll be happy to drive deeper into this. Thanks a bunch!
