Nobody can help here I'm afraid - this is a public forum, you need to wait for Dropbox to come back to you.
-
Have you checked www.dropbox.com/backups ?
-
No, sorry, you need to manually check each file/folder.
-
@"rellis" as has been said it isnt possible without access to the emails I'm afraid. Also. If you haven't logged in for over 12 months the data would have been removed anyway 😞 Sorry
-
If you are getting that message the folder does not have just 4mb in it. What does www.dropbox.com/account/plan show you as to how much space you have? Does the error screen show how much more space you need?
-
Please see https://help.dropbox.com/plans/refund 🙂
-
Open your Dropbox folder and in there should be a folder called 'Capture' with it in 🙂
-
There is, or at least was, a separate backup plan which was independent of the Dropbox plans.... but can I heck as like find it now?! So I'm wondering if it was while Backup was in beta and now its been axed.
-
Are only two devices showing at www.dropbox.com/account/security ?
-
What is the pop up and whats it say/asking ?
-
Hi @"summerdown" The size of backup is restricted to your quota
-
Hi @"ErreDue" Unfortunately there is no qualified course/programme for Dropbox as such.
-
What does www.dropbox.com/account/plan show? My guess is you have 2 accounts and accidentally upgraded the other one

I have shared the link to a folder of photos of our school trip with 30 parents and had this suspension message… is there no way around this? On Events what happens when you click on the file name?
-
Sadly @"Julie R.19" you are right - they arent interested is my experience 😞 Tickets are too often just closed and ignored if replied to at all.

@"8431" wrote:What you provide is basically cloud storage. When the customer no longer needs it, you should refund the difference of their prepayment on a prorated basis. Are you logged in to your account while testing this? i.e. its on your computer you click on it? If so the software knows its you and that you are allowed to view it. Try testing the link in an incognito window and see what happens then.
-
Probably not as its what you agreed to when you signed up for the trial. The T&C's state refunds are only issued where legally required. You need to contact support at www.dropbox.com/support More info at https://help.dropbox.com/plans/refund
-
Hi @"Silver Griffon" If its saying you need permission to join the share etc. it means it isn't actually your share - it is there's, and you have joined it. I assume when you've clicked on links from KickStarter you've agreed to it
-
What does www.dropbox.com/backups show?
-
www.dropbox.com/backups ?
-
@"MaldroidDev" It would help if you said what the issue was and what wasn't working. Screenshots etc. would also help 🙂

@"Erik K.12" wrote:I have the same problem. Very annoying, it won't stop. Can't delete the .dmg. I am now considering throwing off Dropbox all together. What version do you have installed @"Erik K.12"

Shared folders need you to rejoin. You've never been able to do it via the Events list www.dropbox.com/share
-
Hi Is Dropbox running? Did you install it and if so has it got errors etc.? What does it say if you mouse over its icon on the status bar?
-
Hi @"John Howkins1" Have you installed Dropbox? www.dropbox.com/downloading. If so once you download and install everything on Dropboox will also be on your computer in the \Dropbox directory.
-
Sorry I thought you said you'd rolled it back. Have you restored the files? Have a look at https://help.dropbox.com/delete-restore/rewind to try that OR you may need to rejoin the share / be invited back in
-
Hi @"Buff Daddy" Have a look at https://help.dropbox.com/share/leave-shared-folder
-
Hi @"Veralu" Shared folders use the quota of everybody, so, if you have a free account you only have 2gb of space (www.dropbox.com/account/plan) then the share is bigger than that you'll get the out of space error - you need to upgrade or get more space. www.dropbox.com/gs may help 🙂
