Yes to the emails - via the notifications settings. https://www.dropbox.com/account/notifications This is also linked to on each email from Dropbox. Notifications on the app, I dont believe so

Have you tried a reinstall? https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/desktop/download-dropbox-passwords Are you using the full Dropbox app and not the one from the Microsoft Store?
-
Although Brave is built upon Chrome it doesnt seem to be an actually supported browser as yet: https://www.dropbox.com/features/security/passwords Have you tried to see if it works in 'normal' Chrome?
-
Hi @"hammock" If you are searching current images they wont be searchable unless you are on a paid account: https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/sort-preview/image-search
-
If it was uploading as part of a package make sure there are no "odd" characters in as that could cause an issue.
-
Dropbox supports all file types - it does not stop any time of file being sync'd. It may, however, limit what is played back via the website etc. in previews. Do you have a screenshot of the error?
-
Is this from a third party piece of software? I.e. not one you wrote?
-
Sorry 😞 This is why when you do join a team it almost forces you to set up a second account 'cause as soon as you are "in a team" your data/account and everything is 'owned' by that team.
-
Hi @"giuseppetornielli" Unfortunately the only people who can do this are the company you used to work for - they need to undelete the account (which must be done within a few days of initial deletion or its not possible) and then remove you from the team rather than deleting it. If they dont do this then I'm afraid there…

Hi @"gztony" Is this in regards to the API that you use as a developer? If so you can post suggestions here. If its to do with how you use Dropbox as a consumer/business then you post feedback at https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Dropbox-ideas/idb-p/101002013
-
@"Guilherme Dutra" - it isnt Dropbox thats the issue. Its Microsoft they need to write the code in there own software to do this. Dropbox cannot. Dropbox cannot force another company to put things in its code. And think logically here... Microsoft do not want you using Dropbox. They want you on OneDrive. It is not in there…

Because you are in a shared folder. Shared folders use up everybodys quota. If you need just access to listen to them ask him to send you a shared link instead.
-
Link? Does that mean you sent a link to him which was read only? As in its not a share? As such it would only update on his account and not yours. Are the files inside a shared folder at www.dropbox.com/share - note that wouldnt send a link
-
Unfortunately tags only work if created via the Dropbox website: https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/sort-preview/dropbox-tags They do not work if created on the computer itself - that information does not sync.
-
Still no change log?
-
I notice that the whole 'change log' thing is being ignored still - will it take another post on big news sites to actually get this looked at and not just ignored?
-
I dont think it will work @"Stefan Braem" Dropbox blocks HTML / website hosting and displays on websites etc. Simply put Dropbox isnt designed or intended to host/store websites and so they block it.
-
Do you have an appropriate application on your phone to open them?
-
You have enabled Computer Backup on your machine - follow this to disable it https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/sync-uploads/computer-backup
-
Is that via a thirdparty app @"dracen658" ? If so you need to ask them for help. To me it looks like the software is out of date and not able to connect but you'd need to verify that with the app developer.
-
Are you using a supported app and the most recent versions of Dropbox and PocketBook software?
-
Thats something that Swann's app itself needs to do - you cannot 'force' it I'm afraid 😞 Have you asked Swann if its possible to have 2 different systems running via the one app?
-
@"Azat202021" - it still means the same thing. The link is no longer valid. You need to get a new one.
-
@"011656" - if they are in the Dropbox folder on your computer yes they will (as thats what Dropbox is supposed to do - it syncs everything across all devices). However, if the file is also in, for example, My Photos which is on your desktop then THAT one wont delete - only the one in Dropbox.
-
Hi @"champton" Older versions have been stopped from accessing the Dropbox services. The only work around would be to use the Dropbox website.
-
OR @"FredericVT" would https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/sync-uploads/external-drive help?
-
I'd not recommend changing drive lots... you risk data loss. All I can suggest is uploading in smaller batches
-
Hi @"FredericVT" To upload initially they have to go in to your Dropbox folder locally. Thats the only way to upload via the software. Once they have then uploaded you can use the web interface to move them to a none sync'd folder or turn it to Online Only. However, you HAVE to do the local part first
-
Where is the error coming from? My guess is that there are restrictions on this to stop copyright theft and so you need to be asking PocketBook how to do it - it may only be possible with books that have no digital rights management on them
-
Hi @"STEPHANEPOUR1" The downgrade just relates to billing, so, you can delete before then but you'd lose the paid for benefits of that until then. You can still log in once your email address changes or is closed but personally I'd recommend changing the email on account to one you have access to before then because if for…
