Hi @"andreadandrea" Yes it would - you need to log in to that secondary account (use www.dropbox.com/forgot if needed) and then delete it. I'd also suggest you are actually wanting to CHANGE the email on your main account now not add this one as as secondary email - its just not worth the risk.

There isnt a Dock application any more. That has been removed. If you are clicking the icon and getting Finder thats a setting which has been altered in the app. Try and ctrl+click on the icon and then click on your little icon at the top right and preferences. That will let you in and you can change the settings

That is the default option @"Tim T.13" - if its not doing that then you've set it up differently. You should be able to alter that via the Dropbox preferences menu.

Sadly. I can only agree. I have a ticket that isnt resolved after 8 months just randomly closed. Had it reopened and based on this post just gone back to check and its just been closed again without comment/resolution

Logging in via Google doesnt mean you are charging that via Play - you have two accounts. You need to work out which is the second and log in to that.

That means you have 2 accounts - one you are paying via card and one you are paying via GooglePlay. You have a few choices: 1) pay and upgrade your account as YOU also need enough quota to be in a share 2) join the business plan and use up a paid licence within that so that quota is shared with you 3) send the files to him in a read only format via Shared Links, or, upload direct to him via a Requests link

Hi @"joyanisa74" You need to follow https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/payments-billing/refund - note that refunds are only given where legally required. If you did not give Dropbox your card details then you need to be contacting your card issuer and reporting fraud.

The only way to do that is to manually download via the website and save it manually to the drive (as in select each file or folder and choose the download location as the external drive)
