Hi @"LeslieT", could you clarify which Share button you're tapping? Is this in the PDF app, the Dropbox app, or something else? What options do you currently get when tapping Share? A screenshot showing this in your next reply would help greatly.

Is it possible that the other user has deleted the document by any chance?
-
Hi @"Dylandx", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Is this a self-signed document that you created, or another document sent to you by another user? This will help me to assist further!

Is there anything special about these subfolders that might prevent them from being reported? A list of what should be included in the report can be found here.
-
Hi @"Katy Stace", thanks for messaging the Community. Currently, there isn't a method via Dropbox to determine the full file path length for any item in your Dropbox account. Could you clarify where exactly the subfolders are missing from? Even if you were to create a report on the admin console, depending on how the…

HI @"pmath3", once a photo is uploaded automatically via the camera upload feature, it won't be uploaded again, even if you delete the file.
-
Hi @"Rocky B.2", have you right-clicked the Dropbox folder itself in Finder and chosen the 'Available offline' option?
-
Hi @"PhanD", so your Hotmail account has become a Gmail account, after you login, is that correct? If not, please clarify exactly what you're experiencing after you login.
-
Hi @"vrdesign", thanks for bringing this to our attention. What is the exact version of Windows that you're running? Where exactly are you seeing that second part of the image you attached? This will help me to assist further!

Thanks, I've sent you an email, please could you reply to it when you get a chance.

Thanks for the update. As the account has 2FA on it, it wouldn't be possible to login to it normally. In order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?
-
Currently, there isn't a method to do what you're asking on the Dropbox site.
-
Thanks for the clarification. No, there wouldn't be any notification to the shared link owner.
-
Hi @"D469", thanks for contacting us. Are you referring to a user trying to click a shared link to a file or folder, to which they no longer have access? Did you make this change by deleting the link or file, or did you change the permissions of the link for it to only be accessible to team members? This will help me to…

We appreciate the feedback on this matter. Currently, there isn't a personal plan for a single user with 5 TB of quota. If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.

Do other browsers on that machine work? Have you tried disabling all browser extensions as well to see if this helps?
-
Could you clarify what you mean when you say that you can open them from another location? Do you mean using a different computer or browser?
-
Hi @"gbeca", for a PDF file, 2 KB in size is extremely small, could you confirm that this is the right size? If so, do larger PDF files around 1 MB or more preview normally? If you download the PDF files, do they preview on your computer directly?
-
Hi @"HarryZ", the search feature will only work if you're online, as it would search your account itself, not the files on your phone. If you access the Account tab and scroll down, is there definitely no section called 'Manage offline files' near the bottom? Could you attach a screenshot showing this, while hiding any…

Hi @"KeenanWellar", currently, there isn't an option for an individual plan with 5 TB of quota. Dropbox Professional has 3 TB of quota, but with an optional add on, you can increase it by 1 TB. Are you looking to use a Dropbox team plan, but with only the price of one license instead of the minimum of 3 licenses?

Hi @"Evelene", thanks for bringing this to our attention. It shouldn't be possible to install two copies of the Dropbox desktop application on your machine. What OS are you running currently? What are these duplicates you're referring to, are they Dropbox folders, or the installations of the desktop app? Have you tried…
-
Hi @"hollis1818", could you confirm the exact level of quota you have on your account from this page?
-
No, there is a monthly fee for the plan, which should be approximately $1.99 a month depending on currency, tax and billing cycle.
-
My post from earlier this year describes what the plan offers. Essentially, it's just like the Basic plan, but with 50 GB of quota.
-
Thanks for the info, the plan should only be available to users on a Basic plan, so it isn't possible to upgrade from a Plus plan. Once your account downgrades in September, you can try to upgrade to this plan again.
-
Hi @"jimmle", could you let me know if you're able to access this link, while logged into your account, to upgrade to the Basic Extra plan?
-
Hi @"Tony888", I've sent you an email, please could you reply to it when you get a chance.

Do you have the ticket ID number from your automated response in order to locate it on the system?

Thanks for the information. Could you try the following to resolve this behavior? * Search for and open "Startup Apps" from Windows Search or Apps > Startup in the control panel. * Find Dropbox Dash in the list and turn it OFF To finish removing Dash, if you click on the Open Folder button next to the toggle (from the…
