The error message just occured when I switched from IE to Chrome. I can use the keyboard shortcuts but would prefer to use rt.-click. The fix displayed referred to Preview which I cannot find. Thanks

Receiving this error from chrome whenever i open chrome:
Direct download always fails
I have to download a somewhat important 20 GB .zip file from dropbox, but everytime I try it fails at 50-60% and it's impossible to restart it. I'm downloading through direct link, because I dont have a dropbox plan and can't save it to dropbox. Is there is any workaround to get this file?
Error message when downloading photos
In Chrome, when I click download (in any of the ways) I get an error message at the top that simply says "There was an error downloading your file." No error number either. With Firefox, nothing happens...not even an error message.
