I would like to create an upload team for my culinary team that will check all of the food temperatures and quality and upload these items on a daily basis. Similar to this. AM I overthinking it?

I used to be able to simply move an mp3 file to my dropbox file and it would immediately transfer. Now the only way I can move a file like this is to open the app through a browser and copy. When I do it takes one hour to transfer the file. Help please.
