I signed up for 15TB plan. I also have a 3 Gbps up/down internet speed. Internet connection is working perfectly fine however keep getting the "Uploads paused - Make sure your internet connection is stable" message. This is very annoying. Please advise Thanks

I'm running the latest version of macOS Ventura (13.7) on a 2017 iMac. Everything was perfect until recently, when the Dropbox upload got too slow. I have done all the necessary checks, including disabling my VPN, but I have not seen any improvement. Could anybody help?

Whenever I transfer files from my desktop into my Dropbox, they appear to move successfully initially, then a couple days later the files are no longer available in Dropbox.
