Why can't I see changes my colleague makes to files in my Dropbox account, and how can we fix this?
Files edited by a colleague of mine on her computer does not sync with the files I have on mine. I cannot see the changes she's made. Both our Dropboxes are up to date. I also do not get a notification if she makes changes to any of the files on Dropbox. What can cause this? And how do we fix it?
How do I stop sync accidentally moved folder
Hello there, In my client, I accidentally moved a folder to another folder and it is now synchronizing. How do I stop the sync process while ensuring that the original folder remains intact and nothing is lost.? Not sure if this can be stopped as it's a move. Thanks
Camera upload from different phones into different folders
Hello, I have created a new folder "Camera upload Karla" where I want my wifes iPhone to automatically upload photos to. This seems not to be so easy, as Dropbox on a phone will only upload to "Camera Upload" folder. Is this correct? How can I make her iPhone upload automatically to the new folder? Thank you

I need to move some e-mails from my Outlook account to Dropbox. I have installed the Dropbox add-in but am unsure of my next step. I'm not sure if I can keep e-mails in Dropbox since they are not really files. Thanks!
I'm deleting a folder but it keeps showing up.
I have selected 'Delete' on selected folder, it disappears then reappears with the same exact 'date modified' date stamp within 5 seconds after I select 'Delete.'
