Hi @"BeccaJ" & @"AnneDeM", Thanks for letting us know! I've let our team know and they're currently looking into this. I'll let you know as soon as we have an update!

Hi @"Beatboxer", I think there's a bit of confusion here (I know I got turned around a good bit trying to figure this out 😅). So that user replied on this thread but that comment was removed as it was spam. If you look at the end of their comment, they try to post a link for custom home solutions which goes against our…

Hi everyone! I've looked into this and it seems our team are aware of this issue and are working on a fix as we speak. As soon as I have any update, I'll let you all know!

Hi @"jwarman", Apologies for any confusion. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, most of the issues arising from the Microsoft update have been mitigated but the pop up is still being fixed. For now, all I can suggest as a workaround is the following: Take advantage of the integration (so actually go through the login…

Hi @"cutelilfish77", Have you tried using our Look Up tool? This will let you look up the transaction ID of the charge on your credit card to see the account linked to the charge. I only mention this as it's possible the family plan might have been made on a different email than expected.

Hi @"pb5558", While you look into this, I'd recommend that you, or any other Community members experiencing the same issue, read through our Storage Space FAQ page. It covers "My account is empty but Dropbox says it's full".

Hi @"rmckinnon10", I don't have an exact timeline unfortunately so I couldn't say for definite. I'll keep reviewing the issue and update as soon as I can.

Hi @"MichaelNSwe", Thanks for sharing your idea on the Community. I was reading through this and it occurred to me that this might already be in place. If you navigate to the Security tab under settings, you can scroll down and see devices and browsers that have logged into your account. If you hover over the info icon on…

Thanks @"Rich" for sharing that explanation. @"Esther B.6" Would you mind trying out the steps Rich provided and letting me know how you get on?

Hi @"Esther B.6", Welcome to the Dropbox Community and thanks for sharing this with us. This is a common issue that pops up here and I'd advise reading this thread that tackles this exact issue. This user's issue was solved so hopefully this helps.

Hi @"Beatboxer", When you install Dropbox from Fedora Software, what you’re actually getting is the Flatpak package. That Flatpak only provides the Dropbox desktop client (the menus and icon), but it doesn’t include the actual background service that syncs your files. That syncing service is the proprietary Dropbox daemon,…

Hi @"Beatboxer", No worries at all and apologies if I wasn't clear (my bad!), I also need the permissions for the ~/.dropbox-dist folder itself. It looks like the permissions there might be messed up, if sudo is needed to run tree in there.

Hi @"shzehad", Welcome to the Dropbox Community Forum. While we have opened up your idea to gather votes from other Community members, I just wanted to let you know that I've made some changes: * I've edited the title to accurately represent the idea. * I've removed some offensive language that goes against our Community…

Hi @"Beatboxer", Just a heads up, we had to spam your other thread as it's about the same issue and our Community Guidelines state that you should only have one post per issue. If you could get back to me on my last comment, I''ll continue to assist.

Hi @"RedShamrock", Thanks for posting your idea! Would you mind clarifying a few things for me? * Can you clarify what you mean by "original and edited file"? * Can you layout the exact functionality you'd like? I only ask as I want to find out exactly what functionality our commenting system does not address.
