I think this may be your issue..... VAT details only need to be added to BUSINESS products (see this guide from KPMG - http://www.kpmg.com/Global/en/IssuesAndInsights/ArticlesPublications/vat-gst-essentials/pages/united-kingdom.aspx#6 ). Dropbox Pro is not, and never has been a 'Business' product. It is intended for Home…

Or you'd think they do want it as a punishment to try and stop people using it all up all of the time? Remembering that Dropbox isnt primarily a streaming service, its a syncing one (which a lot of people use for free) and that ever MB of data costs them money to transfer.
-
Your next ban will be for about 72 hours with each one getting longer. And yes it does, you get 20gb of bandwidth across all of your links and shares and it includes playback in the browser (as that uses bandwidth).
-
As has been said they cannot be reactivated.
-
You cant I'm afraid. The account has been removed and so has the data - as the emails warned.
-
You cant. As has been said - the account is closed. Therefore its closed and deleted.
-
Dropbox have previously said that once an account is deleted the data is removed so as Rich said that is now unrecoverable.
-
As of now I am turning off the istock integration with dropbox until this issue is resolved. Not sure if you are aware, but, iStock wrote that code themselves. It isnt Dropbox's so if it isnt working for you tell them and ask them if they can change it in future releases.
-
You cant download them all - gmail is a web based platform it isnt designed to work on a computer. You may be able to download individual emails, however, but you'd need to ask Google how to download / save them and then put each one inside Dropbox
-
You need to google where your email folders are stored and put them in the Dropbox folder to let them sync - and possibly also tell Outlook where they are.
-
Suggest you speak to Microsoft Bill as to how to move Outlook folders as that should work - it could be that its also looking for things like archive or address files.
-
How about a bit of a botched work around.... * Create a folder on your machine called 'Not Sync'd' (or whatever you want it to be) * Put your first hard drives worth of data in to that folder. Let it upload to a green tick - that bit is critical!! * Remove that folder from your local machine via Selective Sync * Create a…
-
The only way that would work is if you copied everything to one computers hard drive first (as this is how Dropbox works - from a folder on a computer, which is not an external drive). Once its all in that folder you can then copy that to an external drive

Robert isnt lying at all. What you see on the website is a preview of it. These are encoded at a set rate and play for a maximum of 15 mins. To see the full version, or longer files, you need to download it.
-
Wait the ban out. Pay for an upgrade on the account that is failing.
-
As has been said lots of times, the link is wrong. Ask the person you got it off to give you a correct one.
-
403 means you've been given an incorrect link. You need to ask the other person to send you a correct link.
-
It is now coming as Dave said. As to if this will be available to everybody or just specific customer bases we dont know yet.
-
Got to say but pass.... it could be that WebDrive is only available for Windows and Dropbox have always said that there products are cross-OS compatible so until it would work across Windows/OS x and Linux etc. it wont happen.
-
Dropbox does not release road maps. However, as has been said it isnt actually possible at present because Microsoft and Apple have not released the API which would allow third parties to do this. They have restricted it to their own software and systems.
-
There were some third party add-ons that did this, I'd suggest googling for them. It isnt something Dropbox does natively though
-
Why can't the player handle up to 1920x1080? Because its designed to give a condensed preview of the file only. If you want more than 15 mins and the original quality you need to download it to your computer and play it from there.
-
I based the post on the fact Marie didnt mention the need for any third party app - I, however, always thought you did.
-
Please note that Dropbox no longer claims to support opening *.eml files as per its help section: https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/preview
-
Tried a different browser? Made sure it doesn't take you below the 5 minimum requirement? If so to both you are going to need to contact support either via www.dropbox.com/support or the phone numbers in your Admin panel.
-
A very quick look in the help section gives you - https://www.dropbox.com/help/7238?path=dropbox_for_business Note that you can only update at renewal.
-
Somebody has access to your account then Ricardo - or a computer you use. It isnt possible for Dropbox to upload 'to the wrong account'. If you click on the photo (your link doesnt work btw) and then 'Restore Previous Versions' it will tell you where the files come from. That is where you need to up your security.
-
Lukas, if that is happening you are not using a Dropbox official app - possibly something that has been created by Samsung? I believe it used to be called the Samsung Connector app. Not sure if that is still case.
-
No. That means the owner has deleted the file or revoked the link. You need to contact them and ask for a new link,

moves to API forum
