Not sure if it will work, but, another thread has just said turning off Windows Firewall fixed it. Possibly worth a try?
-
It isnt, no, sorry.
-
That means something on the device itself is logging the wrong time on to the files, so, the phone may have a setting set on it which logs at a different time zone to what you are in (e.g. Apple's own 'use local setting' etc.).
-
You can edit timezones on your account at www.dropbox.com/account

Ginger - your issue isnt the same. Fowzie is using a totally different feature which is only available as a Business user. Your issue is probably that the files you removed are still in the local cache. A reboot of your machine should sort it. If not it will clear in a few days.
-
Thats why you are emailed and warned renewal is going to happen numerous times starting over SIXTY days before it happens. If you dont cancel within that time frame how on earth is this the companies fault?
-
Just move it back :)
-
Yes they will. Dropbox syncs from computers in both directions. Think of it as a mirror - so what happens on one machine/device replicates to all others.

@"DavidHeim" wrote:Not helpful, Mark. Dropbox used to work just fine with Firefox. I see no reason to change browsers. It is helpful but if you wont let us help thats your problem. Firefox could be corrupt. @"DavidHeim" wrote:What do I have to do to get Dropbox to load? I've also tried unlinking and relinking, as described…

Tried a different browser? Incognito mode? Real time support is available to Business customers - www.dropbox.com/business
-
Tried to clear all cookies and temporary internet files?
-
That doesnt answer the question at all. That only says you are using the default settings. It doesnt say if you have changed the default settings for individual sites. Under the cookies settings tab you can add 'Exceptions'.
-
As there isnt loads of posts about it I'm going to assume its not a Dropbox wide issue. How large is the file? Its possible it could be timing out. Have you tried to use a different browser? Incognito mode? Cleared cache/cookies etc.?
-
Have you checked that you've not accidentally told Chrome to block cookies from Dropbox?
-
Why? What does it say?
-
Try downgrading to a one in the 15.4.x branch from https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Beta-testers/ct-p/101003000
-
It isnt possible to do it nishdom.

You need to use your own software on your computer to this and then upload the edited files to Dropbox. You cannot do it online at www.dropbox.com [Moderator Note: You should be able to do this via a 3rd party integration like Pixlr. You may be able to find other integrations that help with editing photos in our App…
-
Make sure you are running the latest versions, however, please also note that Dropbox is not actually supported on Server 2012 (infact it isnt supported on any version of Windows server).
-
You've pasted the local file's location (i.e. C:\ etc.) so that wont work sorry, you need to upload it first to Dropbox etc. and paste a link here after that
-
It was documented that it would come Jesper but sadly never did :( [This thread is now closed by moderators due to inactivity. If you're experiencing a similar behavior, feel free to start a new discussion in the Ask a Question section here.]

www.dropbox.com/bad_files_check ?
-
It isnt available I'm afraid.
-
Dropbox doesnt yet support live photos I'm afraid.
-
Go to https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Beta-testers/ct-p/101003000 and download a version in the 15.4.x series. That should work
-
I suspect its probably something to do with the Public folder being depreciated in March (i.e. it will become a standard folder and no longer have ANY WORKING links in it) for free users and Sept. for paying.
-
There is a difference between 'cant' and 'dont'. It would be possible if the software was wrote to do it - which it isnt. Why not make a Feature Suggestion for it? https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Share-an-idea/ct-p/101002000
-
I cant solve it - I dont work for Dropbox hence me asking earlier that you actually tell Dropbox via a ticket :) Remember this is mainly a user supported forum.

What error Judi? If its a 500 one try a different browser or an incognito window
