Hi @"Engineer DeGi" If you click on the link you posted it states at the very top that this is a depreciated feature which is no longer available from Oct. It also states that it is only available to paid users:

@"Hannu J K" You need to be on a paid Business Standard or Advanced plan. As has been said Professional does not cover this.
-
You need to change the preferences within the Dropbox app to tell it to open the app and not Explorer. It gives you the option to change it on the 'General' tab
-
You need to contact them direct @"krisbaniasia".
-
Have you checked you have enough quota to access it @"rrmendez" ?

Nope. Still no updates or release notes. Shame 😞

Part of this is a large VAT issue that the whole EU put in (the UK did it before the EU). Part of this legislation was to start charging VAT dependent upon where you buy - so things like Alibaba now do the same when you buy. See https://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/money_and_tax/tax/duties_and_vat/value_added_tax.html.…

Hi @"Danny13" Basically it means that at some point it was a shared folder, but, either everybody has left it themselves, or, you have removed them but not yourself. So it is still technically a shared folder (others could rejoin if they left themselves) although at this moment in time you are the only member. If you…

Hi @"Jason Sheldon" I can save directly in to Dropbox without issue - I do it all the time.
-
I'd suggest asking Rocketbook for help - it sounds like their API could have a fault
-
Dropbox doesnt have a recycling bin, so, there isnt a way to move things out of that. Deleted files and folders just get deleted within that folder itself and are 'removed' and hidden from others. If you go to the shared folder and click on the file and restore it once its restored you can view the previous version history…
-
Did you meet the terms by completing www.dropbox.com/gs ?
-
anonymous Your team admin hasnt paid the bill. They need to do that to get the account back up and running.
-
@"artmanjam1" The issue is though this is not a Business to Business transaction. It is a consumer to business product. Plus users are defined as home users and as such are a consumer product. If you want to use and follow the laws and claim the appropriate VAT, as the rules say, you need to be using the appropriate B2B…

I wonder if there is a cap on it? I am not aware of it ever being automated (or I wonder if it was automated to a set level?), or, somebody was doing it manually via a report? I cannot see why it would wait till Monday, unless it was a person doing it. I'd be tempted to log a ticket and ask.
-
Hi @"Limewire" You need to request space increases via support - so while you may be on an unlimited plan you need to get them to batch increase it for you. Somebody will be able to do that on Monday if you contact support. I'd also just double check your account is up to date in terms of payments 🙂
-
Yes, they'd almost certainly need BlueBeam to be contacting them - there is plenty of support available to help them. Being honest, I'm on here a lot and I've never ever heard them mentioned. https://www.dropbox.com/developers is how to get BlueBeam to get some support 🙂
-
Dropbox cannot add functionality to a third party programs app. Bluebeam themselves need to do that - the Dropbox system is more than capable of doing what is asked of it its just not been configured correctly within the app.
-
There is no 'deleted folder' on Dropbox so there is not a quick way to do this. You can click the box at the top of the screen just above the first folders / files name at the left side. However that will also select all files and folders NOT deleted. They do, however, auto clear themselves (30 days if free) and do not use…
-
If you delete it your Dropbox will unlink and you'll need to reconfigure/setup etc.
-
It is almost certainly unlikely she will be able to do so I'm afraid. If they are 0 byte files there is no data in them - they are empty, hence the 0 bytes. This usually happens when you are using a Mac computer where you copy the files from one location to another - Apple makes the file holder first (at 0 bytes) and then…
-
It doesnt delete your Dropbox files that are inside of Dropbox i.e. the files and things you have been syncing. That you need to do yourself.
-
You cannot delete from the 'Photos' menu I'm afraid - that is simply a section of the site which shows all images on your account. You need to go to the actual folder they are in and delete from there - then the options you are reading about in the help article will appear.
-
All support options are available at www.dropbox.com/support , however, as a free user the only support is here or Twitter. You can hope somebody sees and picks this up this week, but, I'd not hold your breath
-
Hi @"raouldouglas" As you have a basic account now I'm afraid yes, all your historic files are lost. That isnt a person who has deleted them - its automated. You are not paying so no longer have access to that feature. PackRat was a feature which was only ever was added to paid accounts. As I said in my first post if you…
-
Edit: if you go to https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan it will show you what add ons etc. you have on your account. For example mine says the following as I'm on a grandfathered plan from before PackRat: Unlimited version history Free unlimited file version history
-
Hi @"raouldouglas" PackRat was discontinued many years ago and became something you had to opt in to keep. So if you didnt opt in you will have lost it. The other to check if you did opt in is that you have not changed your plan (other than the ones Dropbox have done themselves - i.e. space increases) OR missed or been…
