Hi @"bartoszdolinkiewicz" What is www.dropbox.com/events showing?
-
Do the photos appear in the correct folder online at www.dropbox.com/home ?
-
Hi @"Yuki-sit" If your files are local to your machine and your machine is infected its very likely that its in Dropbox. Before reconnecting etc. you need to make sure your device is clean and has no viruses/malware.
-
Quicken are giving you the run around I'm afraid, its there issue,
-
Hi, Unfortunately what you are looking for has been depreciated. The app no longer works. You need to do the stuff via the website instead.
-
@"AlbertFirkettle" Its just a generic plan across all connected accounts and I do not believe its possible to allocate quotas to individuals. You can, however, see it as per https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/plans-upgrades/manage-family-plan#check
-
Are you sure its a genuine Dropbox email? It could be a phishing one
-
That usually happens if you get reported for spam @"Star B." or its deemed you are sending it to people who you dont know. You can still send a referral link yourself via your own email
-
@"tdeboer" you can do everything you could do via the app on the website instead, hence, no features have been removed. They are just accessed in different places now
-
There is no way to now do this - Dropbox depreciated that window on the 17th of Jan. You now need to use the Dropbox website.
-
Unfortunately @"meecs" this is a change in the product - the Dropbox software you saw on the computer was depreciated on the 17th of Jan. As such the only choice and option now is to open finder.
-
@"MTibbs" The screen you are talking about has been depreciated. The only thing you can now see is a finder window. The rest should be done at the website. It isnt possible to get it back now.
-
Dropbox already has regional currencies in lots and lots of countries. More do keep get added
-
@"skidooer_31" I think actually the issue is you've posted on a thread in a forum dedicated to people building and developing apps within Dropbox, not, as I suspect the issue is, with just the bogstandard Dropbox ones. As such @"Greg-DB" was right to point you where he did as he cannot assist with it at all - he is from…
-
It should happen quite quickly @"Sincostan" https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/sort-preview/search-content
-
@"AleTheLadyInRed" the only way to do this is to get the university to reactivate the email address. There is no other way to get the files.
-
Dropbox email out notifications of upcoming charges about 45 days in advance - I always get mine way way early. They also email out a few times so not just one. What you are looking at on the website isnt the invoice its the receipt basically - it says you paid. Only business users on Enterprise can ask for invoices prior…
-
Sorry I really have no idea then - I cannot even get that option to appear in my account. It may be worth contacting support directly at www.dropbox.com/support
-
Sorry I've misread. So, I also think you've misunderstood how Dropbox works. Dropbox is not, at all, like iCloud used to work. It is a real life physical folder on your device. It takes up and uses space and quota on your device. So, if you are syncing your Dropbox to your computer it is using space. You can easily prove…
-
The notifications are for the main web page at www.dropbox.com/home - they are not email notifications.
-
How are they being uploaded? Is it in to a shared folder? If so you dont actually get notification emails for them, sorry.
-
You need to contact support as has already been said. Note that refunds are only given, as per the T&C's you agreed to upon signing up, when legally required.
-
When you've looked at the space used online you are not including the shared folders. They are using up over 1TB of space.
-
1) there are no metrics on Dropbox links I'm afraid. However, free users are limited to 20gb in bandwidth per rolling 24 hour period. 2) free users / first time bans are 24 hours. Each subsequent one is longer. To remove sooner you can try and do an upgrade if the email you were sent offered this as a choice 3) Upgrade to…
-
Space from referrals does not get removed unless there is deemed an abuse of the referral system. However, other space is time limited. Dropbox does not give out over 16gb for referrals, so, if you have had 20gb+ thats come from elsewhere.
-
Hi @"Yuki5" Yes it is 😄
-
@"matism" its just a shame however that Dropbox dont feel like they should publish that huge (and much delayed!) update as part of its change log 😞 @"clientreleases" @"DropboxAsh" its shameful
-
Hi @"henrissousa" You can already do this via the Dropbox Badge: https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/share/badge-overview
-
You can cancel at www.dropbox.com/downgrade.
-
Hi @"ajs4files" You need to : * Unlink Dropbox from your computer via https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/settings-sign-in/sign-in-out * Then I suggest removing and deleting the Dropbox folder (or moving it somewhere else) * Then either relink Dropbox via above, or, probably easier to redownload via…
