That is almost certainly an error from the program itself, not Dropbox, but without a screengrab we cannot confirm it. However, if you are trying to configure Microsoft Intune to work with Dropbox then it wont - Microsoft do not support it. OR if your organisation is using Intune at all the same can happen. You need to…

Have you met the terms @"frank21" by completing www.dropbox.com/gs ?
-
Youre not doing it via the Dropbox app, you are doing it via this website here
-
This link has been removed for many months - it is obviously a popular one as it appears on here frequently: https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Dropbox-files-folders/can-t-open-a-dropbox-link/td-p/517513
-
Hi @"mplusplus" You can get all the info you need on the API at https://www.dropbox.com/developers
-
To open files with .onsong as the file format you need that software installing on the devices. Dropbox's job is just to get the files to that device after that its up to each own devices software to do the rest
-
Does www.dropbox.com/coupon work?
-
Dropbox delete accounts after 12 months of inactivity, so, yes it will have been deleted by now. Sorry 😞
-
That is actually a beta version, so, you could try installing a stable build from https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Dropbox-desktop-client-builds/Stable-Build-124-4-4912/td-p/526212
-
It did have your consent - you signed up for a trial which was to auto move to a paid plan at the end. That is your consent. However, unfortunately we cannot help here. You need to speak to support : https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/payments-billing/refund…
-
You now need to request that your app is given production status: https://www.dropbox.com/developers/reference/developer-guide#production-approval
-
Have you had to generate an API key yourself to access this software?
-
What error do you get when you try and log on?
-
Part of the issue may be the inclusion of the ! in your folder names as this is an illegal character on Dropbox 🙂
-
Hi @"wshane" Thanks for image - really helps! Circle = syncing - either to or from your machine ! = error. However, if you've done lots of changes they could be a tad mixed up. Try a refresh (i.e. close and reopen Dropbox) and see what happens.

Everybody will have a different folder structure because their usernames will be different - based upon what they set their Mac up as initially. It will work for you as you are the one who made the file
-
This is almost certainly because Indesign uses links specific to each device and machine (i.e. they are in \Users\Documents\Dropbox and 'users' can be different depending upon the persons name). You need to make sure everybody has an identical folder structure for this to work
-
If your account has been disabled that means its been terminated by Dropbox and you will not be charged anymore.
-
Dropbox isnt designed to be used via the website - its designed to be used via the software on a desktop where auto reuploads etc. automatically happen. The website is intended to be used when your main computer isnt available. Can you not install the software and upload that way?
-
Its not trying to scam you @"saucestache" thats how Dropbox works. Anything in your account needs your space. www.dropbox.com/gs may get more space, but, thats how Dropbox works and always has
-
Upgrades to plans are just an increase in quota and additional features - nothing at all changes in terms of your files/folders. The people you invite will keep their own account, it will just be part of your plan with a bigger quota
-
She/support will get back to you soon as possible.
-
Lori emailed you on Thursday as per this thread. Have you replied back yet? Note, however, that support do not work weekends so you wont get a reply until Monday at the earliest.
-
Exactly - and thats the point, it didnt so because it was causing issues for people they just stopped it. Ultimately data integrity is paramount
-
@"learlo" Basically the way Dropbox works is that it only looks at things in its own folder, so, when symlinks DID work they only updated and uploaded/changed/modified files when Dropbox was restarted. This meant that files and folders were frequently out of date and also caused conflicted files.
-
From Dropbox's point its around data integrity and safety - syncing only occurs on symlinks as and when the software restarts which means that it doesnt always have the most up to date files on all systems.
-
Hi @"jcm48" File Requests is a way of somebody sending YOU information - thats what you send people when you want them to upload something to you. Shared links are what you send to people to give THEM information. You do not need a Dropbox account for either of these, but, may need to tap ESC or the X in top right to close…
-
Hi @"Kiki11343" Unfortunately disabled accounts mean that you have been terminated for breach of terms and conditions. Therefore it is very very very unlikley the account will be restored. By the fact tickets are not being replied to I'd say that it wont be.
-
Deactivated means that your account has been closed for breaching terms and conditions - that also means, I'm afraid, it wont be reopened. In terms of your files I'm afraid you will need to access the backups you have of them as its 99% certain they wont be recoverable via Dropbox.
-
Hi @"JavierCanada" Not quite because once the free promo expires your quota will drop to 2gb (higher if you have other increases from places like www.dropbox.com/gs).
