It backsup everything thats on my device, so, wont backup anything which is in the cloud - but for me thats fine (I still have the very very old PackRat add-on!). I dont think you'll find any service which can backup what you have on cloud but not device.

I run BackBlaze on my system which works really well 🙂

What does www.dropbox.com/account/plan say? That tells you how much you are using of your quota
-
At a guess they would tell you - they certainly tell people before they close accounts for inactivity.... however, whether you get/read/acknowledge is a diff matter!

@"evofoto" https://help.dropbox.com/teams-admins/team-member/free-teams-overview ?
-
So why is this a stable build? Why should people be upgrading to it @"clientreleases" ?
-
Still no change log @"clientreleases" ? 😞
-
So, there is a risk if you are over quota as while it hasnt happened previously the terms and conditions do state that they can delete files or accounts which are consistently over quota. I do suggest removing files from the account to reduce the quota. You can also look at notifications at www.dropbox.com/account
-
Without access to the email you cannot I'm afraid. So I suggest just downloading everything and starting a fresh with a new account 🙂
-
Dropbox isnt running on your machine by the look of it @"MikeHorn" www.dropbox.com/downloading to reinstall and see if that helps
-
Hi @"MikeHorn" Have you set up Smart Sync? https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/sync-uploads/smart-sync
-
Unfortunately @"iuhaq72" if any versions were available it would have given you a choice to restore them on that screen. My guess is that you are a free user and as such its outside of the 30 day recovery window. Even now paying for an upgrade wont enable you to recover it.

That very much depends upon what settings your admin has set I'm afraid @"FourRivers" - some Teams are restricted from sharing and some are not
-
@"FourRivers" even though you sent it to a different email address that is almost immaterial in regards to what @"Rich" said above. If the person you sent it to opens the link on a device they, or you, are logged in on then you see it as though its your account. Dropbox knows and detects you are opening it on a device that…
-
@"clientreleases" hello? any hint as to these great improvements?
-
There have been emails getting sent out for about 10 or 12 weeks - however, as the email was wrong you probably didnt get them. But as I said as long as you have your password etc. you can log in now. No data is lost
-
Without access to the email there is no way to regain access to an account I'm afraid if you cannot remember the password etc. https://help.dropbox.com/teams-admins/team-member/free-teams-overview HOWEVER you should be able to still log in with the email and password as that info hasnt changed - all that has is the linking…
-
It was almost certainly disbanded due to https://help.dropbox.com/teams-admins/team-member/free-teams-overview. It is nothing to do with the restraining order. This is simply Dropbox unlinking and closing Teams which are free. Nothing else. In terms of phone support unless you are a paid business user there isnt any (and…
-
Hi @"At_Altitude" There is now no way to link the two accounts on one desktop account unless one is a paid for Business plan. Multiple emails have gone out about this over the past few months with info showing at https://help.dropbox.com/teams-admins/team-member/free-teams-overview
-
You need to contact support for assistance at www.dropbox.com/support - WHEN NOT LOGGED IN. You will then get an option to "get help with an account issue". Note, however, that they charge is authorised - your employee legally agreed to reoccurring payments when setting up the account. You havent cancelled or stopped…
-
Have you tried a reinstall? www.dropbox.com/downloading
-
Hi @"andreadandrea" Yes it would - you need to log in to that secondary account (use www.dropbox.com/forgot if needed) and then delete it. I'd also suggest you are actually wanting to CHANGE the email on your main account now not add this one as as secondary email - its just not worth the risk.
-
There isnt a Dock application any more. That has been removed. If you are clicking the icon and getting Finder thats a setting which has been altered in the app. Try and ctrl+click on the icon and then click on your little icon at the top right and preferences. That will let you in and you can change the settings
-
That is the default option @"Tim T.13" - if its not doing that then you've set it up differently. You should be able to alter that via the Dropbox preferences menu.
-
But what are the changes @"clientreleases" ?
-
Hi Tim One of two things has happened - if it was deleted over 30 days ago then no, its impossible to recover. You'll need to use your other backup methods I'm afraid. OR if you were over quota syncing simply stops and so it wont actually be on Dropbox's servers - although it would be locally on your machines in the…
-
Sadly. I can only agree. I have a ticket that isnt resolved after 8 months just randomly closed. Had it reopened and based on this post just gone back to check and its just been closed again without comment/resolution

Logging in via Google doesnt mean you are charging that via Play - you have two accounts. You need to work out which is the second and log in to that.
-
That means you have 2 accounts - one you are paying via card and one you are paying via GooglePlay. You need to log in to the account you are playing via Google (my guess is its your store email address) and use that. Remember that it has to be EXACTLY like the email on the store. So @"gmail".com and @googlemail.com are…

@"clientreleases" but what are the updates and changes you so talk of? You've refused to say now for well over a year
