Hi @HayDegha the fix should have rolled out before the weekend. If you’re not seeing any changes, please make sure your app is updated, then try restarting or reinstalling it. Let us know how it goes. Thanks.

Hi @Nalk2017DB thanks for the additional feedback. We don’t have this feature on our roadmap currently, but as the existing posts on this topic were closed, I’d encourage you to open a new idea so others can upvote if they’d like to see a deleted files search feature too. Thanks.

Hi @Mario M.9, just checking back. Did you manage to resolve that issue by updating to the latest Stable build?
-
Hi @PaperQueen, thanks for flagging this. The team has identified the issue, and a fix is being rolled out now. Within the next 24 hours, if not already, restarting the app should get things back to normal. Please let us know if the issue sticks around after that.

Hi @alexmajors, thanks for sharing this idea. This has come up from the community a few times before, so I’ll open this up for voting and see how much wider interest there is in bringing tags to mobile. For anyone else reading, if viewing and editing tags in the mobile app is something you’d like to see, please upvote the…

Hi @Mario M.9, thanks for the update. This was fixed in v256.4, but we’ll investigate the v266 Beta Build based on your report. Could you try the latest Stable Build, v264.4.3421, and let me know if you see the same issue there too? Thanks.
-
Hi @huhlig, thanks, appreciate the additional testing. I’ve passed these details on to the team investigating, and we’ll update this thread as soon as we have more details to share.

Hi @scottknaub, thanks for sharing this idea. So you’d like a couple more filter options, right? Something like in-progress or pending uploads, so you can more easily identify those files without having to scroll through the full All Uploads list. Files that are in progress should default to the top of All Uploads, but I…

Hi @mwvideogeek, thanks for the idea. A standalone Replay app isn’t something we’re currently considering, our focus is on the Replay mobile web experience first. You can access Replay on mobile through your browser here: Dropbox Replay Depending on your device, you can often add a webpage to your home screen and open it…

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback, and additional testing.

Thanks, good to know double tap is a step in the right direction. How do you find the experience on mobile web compared with the mobile app?
-
Hi @phjsw, thanks for sharing this idea. We’ve looked into this a few times, and currently recipients can view a standard Dropbox shared link without an account, but they do need to sign in or create an account to post a comment. This isn’t something we have plans to change right now, as it hasn’t been heavily requested by…

Thanks @rjk, have you tried double tapping to zoom? This should zoom in, and then zoom back out if done again. Once zoomed in, the PDF shouldn’t switch when swiped.
-
Hi @rjk, thanks for sharing this idea. I’d love to get some details on the devices you’re experiencing this on too, please. I’d also be really interested to hear from others who have similar issues with pinch-to-zoom, so we’ll open this up for votes. For anyone else who has experienced similar navigation or zoom issues on…

Hi @JLP7447, just checking back in to see if you managed to resolve this. As @Haoyangz mentioned, we’re investigating this issue. It seems to be affecting some less common screen sizes, and the team is working to resolve it. Did trying full screen help at all? Are you able to manage your storage via the mobile or the…

Hi @aeastcott, thanks for sharing the extra details here. I checked with the team, and the editor currently standardizes page sizes for display, so non-Letter documents may appear resized while you’re preparing the request. For downloaded completed documents, the original size may be preserved in some cases, but it isn’t…
-
Hi @huulong, thanks for the detailed feedback and for sharing your use case. The current behavior is intended, you can find more details about unsupported features for ignored files here: How to prevent files from syncing That said, we can definitely see why syncing ignore rules across devices would be useful, so I’ll open…
-
Thanks @aeastcott, there isn’t currently a setting to preserve the document size when previewed. Documents are standardized to a fixed page width, so the document converter may resize a non-Letter document’s width to Letter size for display in the editor. The actual document should still retain its original size. If you…

Hi @mgmead, thanks for sharing this idea. We’d definitely be interested in hearing more about the specific use cases and sync features you’d like to see added. Let us know what would be most impactful for your workflow and why. I’ll open this idea up for voting too. To the rest of the community, be sure to upvote if you’d…

Hi @NatKh, thanks for reporting this. Could you let us know if you’re still seeing the issue, and which ISP or service provider you’re using? If possible, it would also be helpful to know whether you’ve tested with a different providers, mobile hotspots, or another network. This could help us narrow down what might be…

What file format are are you using for these documents, does the issue occur with any format?
-
Great to hear that sorted it for you. I’ll take a look into that distorted upload issue and get back to you here.

Hi @Davidwarner3456, thanks for adding more feedback here, it’s really helpful. Be sure to add your upvote to the original comment at the bottom left too, as that helps us track interest in the idea. Also, take a look at my comment above, as it may help prevent this from happening. If it doesn’t, could you let us know a…

Hi @aeastcott, thanks for confirming this and for helping us troubleshoot. The emails are working as expected then it seems. The sender receives “Everyone has signed,” while CC recipients receive “You’ve been copied on.” Because the sender is also on the CC list, they receive both emails. To avoid this: Turn on “When a…
-
Hi @iOneiTwo, thanks for flagging this. We’re aware the context menu is missing for some users, and we’re working to resolve it at the moment.
-
Thanks @aeastcott. Could you confirm: Do CC recipients who are not the sender or signers receive both emails, or only “You’ve been copied on…”? Is the sender’s email address also on the CC list?
-
Hi @aeastcott, thanks for checking that and confirming the settings. The locked “A document is completed” setting is locked by design to make sure completion notifications are sent. The “Email PDF copies” setting then controls whether that completion email includes the PDF attachment. It shouldn’t send two separate emails.…

Hi @KarelG, thanks for sharing this idea. For now, the best current option ishttps://help.dropbox.com/installs/mac-external-drive-support on macOS, which may help depending on your setup. I’ll open this up for community voting as well. If others would like to see more backup features added to Dropbox, please upvote and…
-
Hi @aeastcott, thanks for sharing this feedback. The expected behavior is that CC’d recipients receive one completion email. The setting “When a signature request is completed – email a copy to the other signers and anyone CC’d” under "Email PDF copies" controls whether that email includes the completed PDF as an…

This includes internal and external shared folders, folder ownership, size, membership, and access details. You can find more details on how to…
