Thanks everyone for your patience while we investigated the reports. We’ve identified the issue and are actively working on rolling out a fix as soon as possible. At the moment, the best workaround is to use your device’s native screenshot tools for annotation until the fix is released. (Win + Shift + S) or (CMD + Shift +…

Thanks for the update @ChuckRoast It's possible the option is called "Deny" rather than "Don't Allow" on some devices.

Hi everyone, appreciate your patience here. We’re still looking into this. We’re hoping to have an update for you all soon, I’ll post here as soon as we do.

Hi @Nihilo, thanks for sharing this. I’m going to move this over to the Plans and Subscriptions section, as it feels like a better fit for wider discussion and feedback around plan options. The Ideas section and Community voting is really designed for new feature requests or tweaks to specific workflows, so moving it…

Hi everyone, Could you try going to the app Settings > Permissions, and switching it to “Don’t Allow,” before changing it back to either “Allow all” or “Allow limited access.” Once that’s done, reopen Dropbox and see whether the issue persists. Let me know how you get on, thanks.

Thanks @justinhoch for adding some extra context to the idea . We’d love to hear more thoughts around account switching if anyone has them, so upvote and leave a comment explaining your workflow requirements if this is something you’d like to see too.

Hi @EmilyGTransmission, welcome to the Dropbox Community, and thanks for the idea. There already seems to be some wider support for this one, so we’re happy to open it up to the rest of the community for voting. If this is something you’d like to see too, give it an upvote and share any specific workflow requirements or…

Hi @SomeUKTeslaGuy, welcome to the Dropbox Community, and thanks for sharing the idea. Just to make sure I’m understanding it correctly, you're looking for a single batch notification with live progress, rather than multiple separate notifications for each file? If so, I’d be happy to open this up for Community voting and…

Thanks @BrendanPBaker, I’ve got a much clearer picture of your workflow now. It sounds like the main need here is either keeping automatically downloaded online-only files available offline, or giving you better visibility over recently downloaded files so managing their sync settings is a bit easier. I’m going to open it…

Hi @BrendanPBaker, thanks for sharing this idea. I'd love to understand the use case a bit better. Could you explain why keeping the project files in a single subfolder directory and switching the root folder to "Make Available Offline" while you're working with them, and back to "Online Only" once finished, doesn't quite…

Hi @mikeshick, and thanks @yuzhoudbx for jumping in and explaining how to make a File Request directly to a folder via web. Since this feature already exists on the web, give it a try and let us know if it fits your workflow. If you have any more ideas to improve how storage locations for File Requests are managed, we'd…

We're working on it @DMG_8008. I understand it's is impacting your workflow right now, and appreciate your patience. I'll provide an update here as soon as I have more information.

Thanks @Midoc for sharing the extra details about reinstalling. It’s definitely helpful as we work to rule things out. @DMG_8008 We're continuing to look into what else might be causing this, I’ll share another update here as soon as I have one.

Thanks for trying those steps and for getting back so quickly. At this point, we’ll need to investigate a bit more on our side, I’ll let you know as soon as I have any more details. On the question of rolling back, there isn’t currently a supported way to install and remain on a previous version, as Dropbox will…

Hi GGarvin, Thanks for being part of the Dropbox Community for so long, and for continuing to share ideas with us. It’s always appreciated. There’s already a similar idea open for community voting around URL shorteners, so rather than splitting the feedback across multiple threads, the best next step would be to add your…

Hi everyone, Thanks for your patience while we look into this. The screenshot markup window relies on an image editor library that uses WebGL for rendering. When the “WebGL not supported on your browser” message appears, it usually means that the editor wasn’t able to access WebGL properly on the device at that moment,…

Thanks everyone for flagging this, and for sharing screenshots and extra details. We’re investigating now, I’ll post an update here as soon as I can. We’re also aware that some users are having trouble adding images to forum posts, we’re looking into that as well.

Hi MarcAH, Thanks for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful idea. It’s clear you’ve put a lot of consideration into how this could work across platforms and use cases. FTP access is not on the current feature roadmap, and likely won't be for the foreseeable future. That said, as you mentioned you’re keen…
