Hi @"mapledudu", just to check, do any of the files and folders in the Dropbox folder have any icons showing that they are trying to sync? Are they all in the same folder, or in random locations?
-
Hi @"RAmeeti", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just for clarification, are you referring to a signature that has already been used in documents, using the Dropbox Sign feature? Are you using this on your own documents, or signing documents that were sent to you? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"Annelien", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Are you going to join the Dropbox team with the same Dropbox account and merge your account to the team, or are you going to keep it separate? This will help me to assist further!
-
Do you see any recent events on your account in order to see if you can recover the files?
-
Hi @"Chase1", as @"Rich" and my colleague @"Hannah" mentioned earlier in this thread, to become an admin on a Dropbox team, you'll need an admin to make you one through the admin console on the Dropbox site.

PDF editing is available to all users, however, editing already existing text is limited to the plans listed in this article.

Hi @"sandychisholm", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you clarify what you mean by an earlier created library? Is this a Dropbox folder on your computer, or the files that are on the site already? This will help me to assist further!
-
Thanks for the info, if you're experiencing any issues with the files after the sync to Dropbox, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to look into this in more detail.

Which email do you see on this page when logged in? You can see the email address logged in on the Dropbox desktop application using these steps.

Aside from your files appearing as folders, are there any other changes that affect how the files operate when opening the Logic program?
-
Hi @"Dan68", were the files in a normal folder in Finder before you copied and pasted them, or were they from another location like a network drive, or another user account?
-
Hi @"youngwalkerl", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Are you attempting to edit the PDF on the Dropbox site, or via the mobile app? Are you certain that you're signed into the correct account when attempting to edit the file? Could you attach a screenshot showing this message you're getting? This will help me to…

Hi @"smallmultiple", thanks for bringing this to our attention. It sounds like you might be experiencing this behavior on your Mac device, which is related to Logic files and package files (which appear as folders). Could you confirm what version of Mac OS you're running on your machine, and where the Dropbox folder is…

Hi @"LADTM", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you clarify what you're seeing in Finder? Is the Dropbox folder located in the CloudStorage folder? Do you see any deleted files on the Dropbox site? This will help me to assist further!

Thanks for the image, this appears to be the same one as the first one you posted. Regarding the issue, what happens if you manually mark those files as available offline, does the icon not change from white to green? Are you able to mark the entire Dropbox folder as available offline?
-
If you click the camera icon in the forum reply box, you should be able to attach a screenshot into your reply.
-
What type of files are the 'available' files? Are they files or folders specifically?
-
Hi @"marwan_zahran2004", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Could you try these steps to make your files available offline, which will turn the icon green and keep them on your machine? Keep me updated with any progress!
-
Hi @"AmyP2019", thanks for the information. I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail. You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link. From there you should be able to contact…

Hi @"Sparky_McGuffin", thanks for providing these details. Currently, it isn't possible to perform a monthly backup in the way you're describing using the Dropbox service, as the files are synced continuously. There may be some third party apps or services that can link to Dropbox which may help with your requirements. If…
-
Hi @"Sparky_McGuffin", thanks for messaging the Community. There are some advanced search features like what you mentioned as listed on this page on the site. If you need any further assistance, please let me know.
-
Hi @"Wilson6", could you attach a screenshot showing this page on your account?
-
Hi @"NMDenise", the Photos folder on the Start menu is like the Dropbox folder, so it can be accessed in File Explorer. You should be able to drag and drop the photos you want from within that folder into the Dropbox folder, and then they'll sync to the site.

Hi @"skillfusion", thanks for messaging the Community. In general, it wouldn't really be possible to prevent a user to only download the file, since the shared link is just a normal URL for the browser which anyone can access. Even if there was a method for them to download the file on its own, there wouldn't be anything…
-
Hi @"Brian Lamoreaux", the web link is basically a shortcut to a webpage you would like to access on the internet, like a bookmark in your browser, so that is the URL you would enter. However, it might not work as expected if you're trying to access your own folders on the Dropbox site.

Could you explain exactly what happens when you attempt to rename it? Do you get an error message, or anything to show that it can't be renamed? Is it for the same type of file? What if you move the duplicated file out of the Dropbox folder, are you able to rename it then?
-
So, you're not able to rename the new file, or any file at all?
-
Hi @"alex eben meyer", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Are you duplicating the files within the Dropbox folder, or via some other method? Are you able to duplicate the file on the Dropbox site and rename it from there? This will help me to assist further!
-
Thanks for the info, in order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?
-
Hi @"CarlsB", could you try forcing the file to render by changing the DL=0 to raw=1 in the shared link as mentioned in these steps?
