Yes, there is an option in the automation settings to rename files if they are added to a specific folder. You can use the Keyword option to add XXX before the filename, since it isn't possible to add dashes.

Does the file have to be copied, or can it be physically moved to a different folder from the shared folder? Currently, the automation feature only moves files, and doesn't copy them.
