No worries, let us know if you have any further queries in future!

This file should sync normally, could you attach a screenshot showing the error message you're getting specifically?
-
Is this occurring with any person that accesses the files, in any location or network? Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router issues could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
-
From your second screenshot, the default app to open the files is the Dropbox site. Could you change it to make this Excel on the web?
-
Hi everyone, could you try installing the main Microsoft Office app to see if this helps, instead of the individual Word and Excel apps?
-
Hi @"cathstoneman", do you have an example of a file or folder name that isn't syncing from your Mac to your PC to confirm what characters are being used?
-
Hi @"Dilnawaaz", just for clarification, did you have two separate Dropbox accounts, one of which was a free team, or was it just the one account which no longer has a free team on it?
-
Could you attach a screenshot of what they see from the Dropbox site and in the Dropbox folder on the machine?
-
From the recent support ticket, they requested more information. Could you check your inbox, or spam/junk folder in case it went there? You can also view your active tickets from this page.
-
Hi @"joe1shogun", how large is the file you're trying to preview? Are you currently logged into your account, or are you trying to view this file via a shared link?
-
Hi @"denis2000", how exactly did you do the sharing? Was it a shared folder that directly syncs to her Dropbox account, or was it a shared link to a folder, which can only appear on the website?
-
Thanks @"Woahskigner", I can see that the ticket has been responded to by a support agent, who have requested additional information. Please could you reply to them as soon as possible. @"DenisM5", I'm a little confused on what is still enabled on your account. Could you attach a screenshot of what you see on the Dropbox…

Hi everyone, do you have a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router issues could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains? Could you try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions and plugins running?
-
Are these properties part of the file itself, or are they located in a separate hidden file? Currently, there isn't a way to remove properties on files via Dropbox.
-
Hi @"Sheila M.8", this feature was never removed from the app. When you click the Dropbox icon near the clock, you can click on the avatar on the top right, then Preferences, and Sync to amend the selective sync settings.
-
Hi @"Géraud", you can install the stable version of the app over the beta without having to uninstall it first.
-
Hi @"RalfSch", are you referring to exporting files from your Dropbox account to an internal location on your device, or some other method of accessing the data?
-
Is this using the camera upload feature, or another method? A screenshot of this prompt would help greatly.

Hi @"Woahskigner", I'd recommend getting in contact with the support team directly for further assistance. Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.

Hi @"EMarioC", it was possible to be a member on a a free team account, and also be on a paid Plus account. In the system, it would have appeared as a work account, not a personal account. Your Plus quota wouldn't have been shared with other members of the free team, however. Your quota would remain on your own account.
-
Hi @"DanaLinder", when you're referring to downloading, are you talking about downloading from the site, or when you let files sync down to your machine via the Dropbox desktop application?
-
Hi @"catr", as @"Mark" said, it is only possible to have two Dropbox accounts syncing at the same time when one is a paid Dropbox Business team, and the other is a personal account. It isn't possible for two teams or two personal accounts to be linked at this time.
-
Hi @"Dave S.31", thanks for messaging the Community. Currently, it isn't possible to default to the grid layout to view the images as a gallery in a shared link. If you wish, you can suggest this change for others to vote on, so the dev team can look into this in future!
-
Hi @"Otto2", thanks for messaging the Community! Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely. Keep me updated with any progress!
-
Hi @"dhtax", you can check which account Dropbox is connected to by checking the account settings in the Dropbox desktop application. You can also see which folder is syncing from the Sync tab in the desktop app preferences.

Thanks for the update, I'd recommend getting in contact with the support team directly for further assistance. Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.

The 300k file limit is a soft limit depending on the machine itself. Are you able to use selective sync to prevent entire folders from syncing to the site to see if this helps?
-
Hi @"joekur", thanks for bringing this to our attention. When you reinstalled the app, did you do an advanced re-installation by following these steps? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"AxelG", could you try disconnecting the Excel app, or Microsoft Office from this page, and then try opening Excel on the web again to reconnect it? Is the default on this page to open via Excel on the web, or via Google Sheets?
