Thanks for the info. If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?

Hi @"dmoncla", thanks for messaging the Community! If you delete the new account completely, then the email would be freed up in order for you to rename the old account to the new email. Please make sure you're signed into the correct account before you delete it, as this is permanent and files cannot be recovered from…

Hi @"justin-techsupport", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Are the computers accessed using the same network connection? Are these all personal users or business users, of both Dropbox and Google? Are there any third party extensions currently running in Chrome, or any other features being blocked automatically…

Hi @"BenJah", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Generally, these emails are sent out if a Dropbox account reaches a certain level of quota usage based on the total quota, just to keep users informed. Regarding the first image, are you seeing this on the site or the mobile app? This will help me to assist further!

Since you were able to migrate the Documents folder, it could mean that you found an app or service which prevent it from being moved previously. Are you certain that all apps and services have been exited before trying to set up the computer backup for the Desktop folder?
-
Hi @"lumbarbandit", was this for a e-signature payment or for a Dropbox subscription? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"bdoman", thanks for bringing this to our attention. What device and OS are you running? What is the current status and version number of the Dropbox desktop application when you hover over the icon in the system tray/menu bar? This will help me to assist further!

This would be the normal behavior for the Dropbox desktop application, as there hasn't ever been a command line option to mark files as online-only. We do appreciate your feedback on how to improve the Dropbox service, and take all comments into consideration.

Hi @"Justin Jia", thanks for messaging the Community! Are you referring to having the Dropbox folder stored on an external drive itself, or to have a Dropbox feature to move or copy files there? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"kjmed", currently it isn't possible to perform the action you want without manually selecting each file to mark them as available offline.

Hi @"MikeDodson", the devices page is the live page showing all connected devices on your account, which is similar to the system we would use on our end. If you wish, you can contact the support team directly for them to confirm it for you.

If the file is large, marking it as offline means that the export would usually work, since the file already exists in the Dropbox mobile app, instead of having to download it directly. How much free space does the iPhone have in the storage?
-
Hi @"CelesteJoseph", thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just for clarification, could you check if you instead enabled the computer backup feature on your device? This will help me to assist further!
-
Hi @"USASF", thanks for messaging the Community. While there isn't a direct method to do so, some third party apps or services might be able to assist you on this matter. I'll leave this thread open for other users to comment their suggestions.

Thanks for the info, in order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?
-
Yes, it seems they're all local except for the Win folder, which contains some local and some online-only files.
-
As the CloudStorage folder is the correct location, deleting the shortcut would only affect that shortcut itself, and not the files it points to.

Hi @"Julian G.2", could you attach a screenshot showing the main folders in your account as they appear in Finder, after you right click them to make them available offline, while hiding any personal info?
