How do i view dropbox upload speed on Mac OS sierra? Menu bar only shows that file is uploading, i can't see speed.

Hi Trying to transfer some of my Dropbox files by email via My Airbridge, which is a fairly regular event with never any problems.....Until today, did the usual procedure and the message comes back "UPLOAD ERROR connection error !"
