A group of ten members has access to a dropbox folder. All of them "can edit." The newest member has not been able to make changes to any files.
What happens when I delete shared folders and files?
I was provided access to files and folders. When I delete the files, does it delete them for everyone that has shared access to the folder? What about permanently deleted files? Can the other members still access those under their deleted folder?

Since the outbreak we have been struggling with some file sharing. The most common files, such as excel with basic data - that is being used constantly have been corrupted due to the people not being able to recognize the fact it has been open elsewhere. Is there a way to block an excel sheet to one location at times ?
