Hey John, I appreciate the screenshots and the additional info. Can you please send me one more screenshot of the "sync" tab in your Dropbox preferences, so we can confirm the location of the syncing Dropbox folder? Just make sure to hide the actual username in the path.

Hey @"Jsan793", thanks for posting your question! Just to be specific, are you referring to a Dropbox Business team folder? Or just a normal folder shared with other individual users? The signed files should already be automatically saved to your Dropbox account. Let me know.

Hey @"Dzulkiewski", if the files from the old computer never synced to your account online, they won't get synced on this computer either. Your best bet now is to regain access to the old computer, because that's the one that had the syncing issue and the most recent versions of your files. Were you able to access it?
