When I share an Excel spreadsheet with another person, they cannot open it with their computer app, they only allow them to open with the Google spreadsheet, with excel online or download it to their computer.
If they do the latter, the change is no longer synchronized and I cannot see the modifications they made to the template.
Before it was not like that: I shared a spreadsheet, the other person modified it with Excel on their computer and it automatically synchronized.
What should I do?
Cuando comparto una planilla de Excel con otra persona, no la puede abrir con su app de su comutadora, solo le permite abrir con la planilla de Google, con excel on line o bajarla a su computadora.
Si hace esto último, ya no queda sincronizado el cambio y yo no puedo ver las modificaciones que le hizo a la planilla.
Antes no era asi: Yo compartía una planilla, la otra persona la modificaba con el Excel de su computadora y se sincronizaba automáticamente. Qué puedo hacer?
