System restore on Windows not working due to an error referring to a Dropbox folder

I'm being asked to save a copy of my Excel file instead of the original file on mobile.
I have a spreadsheer in a shared Dropbox folder and I am the only person with editor access to it. I can see some folders on website and phone app but not in File Explorer on laptop
