I apologize for the wait. I don't know much about this kind of thing so I had no idea what the problem was. It seems so silly now but I think I figured it out. It's an ODT file. Another one was also read-only. They're both ODT files. I have to convert them into DOCX files. Thank you for your time and for helping me.
