It's there - it's just faint for some reason. This photo shows it's in CloudStorage where it should be. Maximize the pic and you can see the Dropbox icon clearly.

OK, here is a picture, I blocked out the folder names. As I said above, there are no icons.
-
Not sure what you mean - there are no sync icons, as everything is sync'd - ie there is no little cloud showing or anything. As I show here, Dropbox says everything is up to date.

It originally started about 4-6 weeks ago, as you can see in the thread it was in a constant cycle. @"Megan" Once I closed dropbox and restarted my mac, it had not happened for about 4 weeks since yesterday. Yesterday as I said, I just said "not right now" and it has not come back. Even though, the dropbox folder is in the…

@"Nancy" you asked me to let you know on this thread if Dropbox started asking again - it's come back https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Apps-and-Installations/Dropbox-keeps-asking-me-to-install-the-MacOS-for-File-Provider/m-p/753691 I just said Not Now as I am busy in a project, if it comes back I'll close Dropbox and…

Thanks @"Nancy" , I quit Dropbox and restarted, no sign of it yet I'll let you know here if I encounter any problems!
-
@"Nancy" any feedback "Take it from there" from the info I gave you?
-
Thanks @"Jay" , but no thanks. It's broken, and I don't have time to deal with this. I don't think vendors understand that we have jobs to do, and the last thing I need is spending time on something like this. If you can fix it great. If there is something I can do to fix it, great - let me know. Otherwise, don't put me…

@"Nancy" thanks for the reply! Here are 2 screen shots, showing the folder location, the request to again do Dropbox for MacOS File Provider, and then showing all files are sync'd:

Hi, I am relatively new to testing the beta versions, I was wondering if there are release notes to indicate what has changed in a given beta version? Thanks!

Actually, I am on 141.3.3144 as of this morning, and all my processes now show intel not Apple Silicon - and I am on an M1 Max MacBook Pro; what's going on?:
-
I tried again installing this release (both downloads) on Windows 11 running under Parallels on an M1 Max Macbook, and it says "Incompatible device". It's Windows - this is the only app that does not run on Windows 11 ARM! When will this be available?

@"Rob C.24" this is a bash shell command not zsh, which is the default. Many people prefer the old bash. Do this to change the default shell to Bash: 1. Open Terminal - see the title in the window? It says zsh right? 2. chsh -s /bin/bash 3. It will ask for your password 4. Close Terminal window and reopen it - you should…

I thought I would share this - I have been waiting for the permanent fix from Dropbox, which will BE this fix - it has not come out yet, so I thought I would share the fix that worked for me. I think this is all they are going to add into an update but I am not sure about that. Can you see if this works for you? You may…

The last I saw was a reply from Jane this morning, I got it about 11 hours ago and replied. Nothing since.
-
@"Jane" I just replied!

Just found this thread, same problem for me too.
