In terms of the possibility of wrong account: the emails are going to the email that I use for the account that I logged into. Also, when I go to restore the files (which are folders), it says the folder is empty. If the folder is empty, then it wasn't taking up any space. If it wasn't taking up any space, then why was it deleted especially if I was well below my storage cap? None of this makes any sense.

also, every time I tried to sign into my community account on this forum I clicked the "SIGN IN" button and it kept bringing me to a "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT" page. !!!!!!!?????!!!!!
