Nice one @"Jane" ! Solving this thread!

@"meljaxx" Yay! :grinning:

Hey @"bee4" ! Since you accepted the referral and created an account, both the sender and you were credited 500 MB and this is -1 of the total number of your referrals left.

Hey @"jeanzbeanz", Can you please try refreshing your Dropbox installation on your device by running the installer from here ? This could resolve this. Let me know if it works, I'll be around to help!

Hello @"jspencer", If you are the owner of that shared folder, when you click on "Share" you should see the :gear: Folder Settings and then Unshare folder. Let me know if that helps, thanks!

Hello @"wkridgeway", At the moment it isn't possible to view all of the comments you've made on files at once in a list. But since you have a big project coming and you want to keep track of the changes on your files with your teammates, I'd suggest using Dropbox Paper to keep track of everything! In a Paper doc, you can…

Hey @"bee4", The option to connect yourTwitter and Facebook accounts are now removed as an option - following us on Twitter though can grant you 125 MB of space. Thanks!

Hey @"bee4", If you don't see the "Follow Dropbox on Twitter" that means that you've already completed this task and got the 125 MB . You can check the space you've earned by going to this page There you should see listed the Bonus type, the space earned and the date when you completed that action.

Hey @"Mike_T20", thank you for taking the time to submit this! Very helpful and very much appreciated!

Hello @"angelrebirth", Let's check some things first : 1) Make sure you have disabled your antivirus or have it configured your Antivirus/Firewall software to allow Dropbox to run. 2) Make sure you are not running a Beta version of the Dropbox app : 1. Log in to www.Dropbox.com using your web browser. 2. Click on your name…

Hey @"LucaSP1", From your end, you can share the folder with the users and they'll get notified and prompted to add this folder to their Dropbox but if they don't have the available quota, they won't be able to add it and will be prompted to get more space. Thanks!

Hey @drgs, It sounds like the team admin of your Dropbox Business account has limited the ability to permanently delete content to team admins only. Thanks!

Hey @"bluerandy", If following the troubleshooting steps provided in this thread won't help on this, I'd strongly recommend raising a ticket with our support team about this so they can help. Thank you!

Hi @mollyhrichter, Dropbox uses those domains to send official communication. As @Mark suggested you can forward suspicious emails directly to abuse@dropbox.com. Thank you! Moderator note: You can also see more info on this…

Hello @"endmission", One workaround would be to : 1) Remove all current members off the folder 2) Create a new folder in your Dropbox and copy all the content from the shared folder to the newly created folder. 3) Once the content is copied, got to the original shared folder and start deleting the contents. 4) Then delete…

Hello @Extorted, When you are overquota on your free account, unfortunately you hit your 2GB limit and not being able to sync makes sense since you have no available space. Your account will not freeze completely though, you get the options to download and/or delete files from your account to free up space and go…
