Even with the recent change that has added the rlkey parameter in the URLs of your shared links, you should still be able to edit them by replacing the dl=0 parameter with the raw=1 parameter. Have you given this a go perhaps @"joycemeyer2007"?

Thanks for the screenshot @"Research-12" They seem to have shared with you a shared link with edit rights and to be able to do this you'd need to add the file to your account. If you don't have enough quota to store the file in your Dropbox account, it's normal that you get this message. Could you maybe ask them to share…
