Yes. If you uinstall Dropbox from your computer, it will stop syncing, and you'll be able to safely remove the local Dropbox folder to free up disk space. Make sure you uninstall first. If you remove the files while Dropbox is running, Dropbox will sync the deletions to the cloud. [This thread is now closed by moderators…

Shared folders cannot be nested. That is to say, a shared folder cannot contain or be a member of another shared folder. If a folder is shared, then the subfolders within can only be shared using a share link, which only provides view and download access through the Dropbox website. *…

Pretty sure that there are no page breaks in Paper. You'll have one long continuous "page" as long as you're in Paper. Once you export the document to, for instance, Word format, it will have multiple pages if it's long enough.

For clarity, the OP isn't referring to the storage of a Dropbox folder on a NAS which is then being synced by the Dropbox client on a computer. Synology has it's own Cloud Sync app that utilizes the Dropbox API for syncing direct from the NAS to Dropbox. Unfortunately, you'll need to contact Synology directly as only they…

@"Jane" Selecting a different album removes the Select All option and you're back to selecting one image at a time. Also, the Select All option is only available for photos taken on a given day. In other words, Select All appears for each group of photos separated by date, and you still have to tap Select All for each…

@"coachzoelewis" wrote: If I upgrade to a business account would that solve the problem? It would solve the problem because Business accounts share the quota with all members, but it would be unnecessary. A Business account requires a minimum number of users (3) and is more expensive. For what you're doing, it's overkill.…

I don't see how using Dropbox to host your CSS file will be any faster than hosting it directly on your website's server. In fact, I would think it might even be slower than an actual web host. Remember, Dropbox is not meant to be used as a web host. An actual web host running Apache, IIS or some other software meant for…

@"GaryA" wrote:How do I change the actual link to dl=1? That's something you'll need to determine on your own as every application can handle links differently. You should just be able to paste the link and change the the 0 to a 1. How you do that depends on the application and how it handles links.

No, there isn't. Officially, it's one Dropbox folder per user account. Dropbox was not intended to be used any other way.
