Hey! Yes they look fine when viewed in Dropbox however when downloaded it is showing as black boxes only over one persons signature/initials on the document the others all show fine. It is typically the first signature on the form that ends up blacked out. 

Hey Hannah, Please see below snips of the boxes showing. We are finding this issue is occurring across multiple devices and different browsers. As a few of our agents have had this occur at random and one account almost every time.
