Some downloaded signed documents have black boxes covering the signatures
We are finding that on various of our agents accounts the odd document when downloaded is covering some of the signatures with a black box. Has anyone else had this happen and how did you fix it? Wondering if it may be a setting on one of the accounts. Any help would be much appreciated.
