I’m sorry to hear about this, @FloraC. If you upload a file via your mobile app, is it also not showing on www.dropbox.com? Same way, when adding files on your laptop, can you see them normally on the website? Other than that, I'd like to know the current app version of your mobile app to make sure it’s not on beta.

Hey @bersona3! From what I can see in your OP, there are older notifications indeed, so it seems that your Dropbox account hasn’t been deleted. In any case though, do you have any other email addresses? Is it possible you have a second Dropbox account where your files are stored?

Sorry to hear that, @beachorbush. Are you sure you’re logged in to the correct Dropbox account? When checking older emails linked to your Business trial, were they sent to the same email address you see here?
