Hey @"Aurelia Pearls", thanks for posting here today! Just to make sure we're on the same page here, are the following the same steps you followed on your end to apply the watermarks to all files in an existing folder? -Click the ellipsis beside the folder you wish to add the watermarking automation to. -Click "add…

Hey @"suegrant", let me also jump in here! You should be able to attach a screenshot by clicking the camera-like icon and attaching it or pasting it directly to us.
-
My pleasure @"CydweliMez"! Once you've tried it, give me a shout and let me know how it worked for you. 😀
-
Hey @"rjsnow", good thing that the error is gone! Now onto the app itself. It shouldn't behave like that. Can you clarify if you're clicking on the little Dropbox icon on your taskbar, next to your WiFi? Also, it might sound trivial but have you tried restarting your device at all?
-
Hey @"Kaminka", thanks for that! I'd also love to have a visual just to get a sense if this message is coming from Microsoft's end or our end. Is your Dropbox app currently running, and if so would you mind clarifying the version that you're using? You should be able to locate it by hovering your mouse over the little…

Hey @"cdwilson", thanks for all the details! Based on what you described, it sounds like it has to do with ScanSnap and the app's settings upon creating the files in your Dropbox folder. Have you tried contacting them by any chance? However, give me some time to check internally with our Team about this, and I'll let you…
-
Hey @"dianalmark"! Yes, correct. When using Dropbox Signatures you can't auto-populate email addresses. In any case, I'll forward your feedback to the appropriate areas so we can continue to improve. If you need something else, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help every step of the way.

Hey @"CydweliMez", thanks for posting here today! It might sound trivial, but have you tried restarting your device at all? It might be worth performing an advanced re-install using these steps too. Keep me posted on your progress!
-
Hey @"dianalmark", I'd like to clarify one more thing, please. Are you talking about Signatures on our website, or while using Dropbox Sign? Provided you're talking about Singatures, then this is how it should work (the email address/ name fields are not auto-filled). Is it possible that you're looking at something…

So it seems that everything is back on track, am I right @"TekNikQL1"? 😀
-
Hey @"macotek", thank you for your patience! It seems this is a known issue for some of our users, however our Team is aware and actively working on a fix. I'll make sure to update this thread once it's resolved. Thank you! 😇
-
Hey @"TekNikQL1", thanks for posting here! Please keep in mind that as our Help Center article indicates: "Each file or folder uploaded on dropbox.com can be up to 350 GB. Each file or folder uploaded on the Dropbox desktop app can be up to 2 TB." You might need to download and install the app if you wish to upload such…
-
Hey @"Kaminka", welcome to our Community! I'm guessing you're using your desktop to open the files, right? If not, then do you use Office Online, by any chance? Would you be able to send me a screenshot of the message you see on your end, please? Also, what plan do you use on your end? Keep me posted, and we'll take it…
-
Hey @"cdwilson", let's jump right into this! First of all, thanks for sharing the device's OS and Dropbox version, along with screenshots. Do you recall approximately when this started happening? If you temporarily quit ScanSnap, do you notice the same behavior? Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
-
Hey @"mp197073", I just sent you an email. I'll be happy to see you there. As for the person also facing this issue, they'd need to contact us on their end too.
-
Actually, we'll definitely keep this in mind @"fortinne". Is it safe to assume everything's on track now? 😀 Or do you still face some issues with the syncing of your content?
-
Hey @"rjsnow", sorry to hear about that! Often, the antivirus (not only your firewall) or security software on your computer will block Dropbox from completing the install or startup process. To see if this is the issue, follow these steps: Temporarily disable any antivirus or security programs on your computer. Reinstall…
-
Hey @"mp197073", welcome to our Community! Would it be okay for me to reach out internally, in order for us to have a closer look into this? Let me know!
-
Thanks for checking @"skverskk". Have you tried the steps -about the 15 icons- that my colleague, Walter mentioned in this thread, by any chance?
-
Hey @"fortinne", when you say that the new Dropbox folder doesn't download your content from the web, would you mind clarifying the app's exact syncing status? Is it updated, or still syncing content? Is it possible that you've applied your selective sync settings in such way to ignore some folders from syncing?
-
Hey @"skverskk", regarding your desktop app; are you seeing the Dropbox icon in your system tray? Can you let me know your app’s version and its syncing status?
-
Hey @"macotek", thanks for posting here today! Give me some time to check internally with our Team about this, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks a bunch! 😀
-
Hey @"dianalmark", did you check Hannah's earlier response? If so, can you confirm if this behavior is present when using a different browser?
-
Hey @"Paul C.32", let's see what we can find about this together! Interesting behavior there. Would you mind clarifying your device's current OS, along with the version of the Dropbox app that you're using? You can find the version by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon on your menu bar, next to your WiFi.…
-
Hey @"Ben S.31", thanks for posting here! Your feedback regarding this has been very valuable and I will endeavor to make sure your voice is heard. Keep in mind that Dropbox is primarily a syncing service however I will pass on your comments to the relevant departments. In the meantime, feel free to have a look and try…
-
Hey @"maddiecatania", let me also jump in here! Would you mind clarifying the app's current version that you're using on your device, along with its syncing status? You can find both by hovering over the little Dropbox icon, next to your WiFi on your menu bar.
-
I'd be more than happy to reach out via email, in order for us to have a closer look into this @"giobertelli". Let me know if you'd be okay with that.
-
My absolute pleasure @"Bastizor"! 😀 If you need anything else, I'll be one post away!
-
Hey @"Bastizor", welcome to our Community! It all depends on how you wish to share your content. I'm assuming you're referring to Dropbox Transfer about the 50GB limit, right? If this is indeed the feature you'll be choosing moving forward, then yes that'd be the limit. If you wish you can always share your 1TB folder, or…
-
Hey @"eokeef", sorry to hear about that! Would you mind trying through an incognito tab too? Also, do you use a free, Basic account? If the incognito doesn't work, I'd be happy to reach out via email, in order for us to have a closer look into this. Let me know more!
