Hi @"Sceolang2", let's see what we can do here! I've merged you into this thread, since your query was similar to the one above. Could you try Walter's steps in order to sign out of your old account on your app? Let me know how it goes.

Hi there @"Meerkatps", I hope you're doing well! At the moment, there's no official way for you to automate the task of copying hyperlinks from a Dropbox directory or mass creating shared links and pasting them into Excel. Of course, you can do it with a third-party involved. You could always put all the files into a…

Hi @"masha96", I hope you're doing well! Did you use the website, or the Dropbox desktop application to upload the content? If you're using our app, you should be able to drag and drop the project into your Dropbox folder and allow it to sync to your account online. Once synced to the other editor's Dropbox app, they…

Hi @"justine13", I am sorry to hear about this, but I'm here to help. Is there any change that you have two Dropbox accounts? You can also check out our self-serve lookup tool. That'll help you identify where the charge is coming from. Can you give this a go, and let me know of any updates?
-
Hi @"DragonUser3", thanks for posting to our Community! Can you clarify if you've been invited directly to the shared folder, or if you're using a shared link to access it? If you're using a shared link, you shouldn't have the ability to upload content to it. Also, can you check your account's quota here, and let me know?

You could use an API, or a third-party account that would help…

Hi @"lamontmonroe", I hope you're doing well! As a first step, I'd suggest you follow Walter's steps, in order to locate both charges. It's also important to note that if you have two charges, that would indicate two separate Dropbox accounts, under different emails. When you say you would want the two to be separate,…

Hi @"simone111", thanks for posting to the Community! Has the user unlinked their account from the Dropbox desktop application on the device? If they have done that, you should be able to delete the content without affecting the content on the user's side. Let me know how it goes.

Hi @"dberkana"! You should be able to click on the blue hyperlink on the Events' page, and restore the content. The option should be in the top right corner. If you do not see it there, let me know. Also, you can have a closer look at this Help Center article, which will provide you with all the available options if you…

Thank you so much for the info @"Steve008"! Audio and video files within an archive file can not be previewed. Have you tried un-archiving the zipped file first, then trying to preview the.mp4? You can also download the file to your local device, and preview it there.
-
Hi @"Steve008", let's see what we can do here. Out of curiosity, which platform do you use when getting this error? Also, feel free to send me a screenshot of the message you received. It'll help me get a better visual. Let me know what you find.

Hi @"BDub", welcome to the Dropbox Community! What you described is expected when the app is pointing to a non-standard location. If the drive is ever disconnected from the computer while Dropbox is running, there is a small chance that the Dropbox software will start deleting files before realizing that the entire drive…
