If you check on top of the screenshot you sent earlier, it says "Recents," which indicates you're under that path. As for the files, they were either shared with you in the past, or not anymore. Or they might have been deleted more than 30 days ago, hence why you don't see them under the events page, which would make them…

If you check under "All files", are you able to find your file there? It seems this might have been part of shared content that has been deleted. Can you check your events page too?

It sounds like viewer info would do the trick for you, however in order for this to work you would need to actually invite people on the file or folder.
