Hi @"ShawnS", there is a new update out, are you sure the app is running that? If yes, then can I send you an email in order for us to have a closer look into this?

Hi @"ai0ia", sorry to jump in here! Can you try to close and re-open the Dropbox Passwords app on your device(s). When you re-open the app, are your passwords now synced? When did the syncing problem start occurring?

Awesome, thanks for that @"Firelock" I've passed both mine and your comments on the agent working on your case, and they should get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks!

Hey all! Just wanted to jump in here, and let you know that the option should be back, and all should work like they used to. Thanks a bunch! 😎

Hi @"ShawnS", could you send me a screenshot of the status, please? Also, if you locate your Dropbox folder, and right click on it, then check Preferences, how many files do you see there?
-
Hi @"berniewalp", thanks for posting here today! Can you please clarify the version of the desktop app that's installed on your computer? Did you try disabling the option to auto-start through the app's preferences and re-enabling it? Let me know what you find!

Hi @"99gigakkkgalwk", welcome to our Community! We don't have that ability as of right now, but your feedback regarding this has been very valuable and I will endeavor to make sure your voice is heard. What I could suggest as a workaround, is to maybe add all the files inside a folder, and share the folder itself, instead…

Hi @"drb01", you can always use Paper, if this is something that would fit your needs. Other than that, I'll let the thread open, so that other users can also share their thoughts, and workarounds in regards to this. If you need anything else, let us know!

Hi @"Carkcinaik", welcome to our Community! Can you clarify what you mean "strict permissions" exactly? If you share folder A, then the members will also have access to all the nested folders in there. Do you use an individual, or Business plan? Keep me posted!

Hi @"Pinkrunners", can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
-
Hey @"Pinkrunners", welcome to our Community! Is it possible that you signed into a different account than the one you had upgraded before? If I were you, I'd use our self-serve look-up tool, in order to have a clear idea which account is linked to the charge. It is possible that you might not be able to locate the charge,…

Hi @"TERRENCEJ1S", let's jump right into this! When you sign into the Dropbox Passwords app, you'll get notifications on any other connected devices in order to login on that current machine. From the description, this would be a Chrome browser running on a Mac device you've signed into. Could you check the device and see…

Hi @"mikeshick", I just sent you an email, I'll see you there!

Hi @"Ben Wentzel", can you try fixing the hardlinks and permissions as shown here? Does that change things at all?
-
Hi @"mikeshick", your device, if possible.
-
Hi @"adj7388", can you also try an incognito tab on your browser? If this doesn't work, can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
-
Can you try a restart as a last step @"mikeshick"? If this doesn't work, let me know and I'll be happy to open a ticket on my end for you.

Glad to hear -or read in our case- that everything is back on track @"ImagePoint"! It must have something to do with the OS, or the shortcuts if it was working when accessing Dropbox directly. You might need to either do it directly from the Dropbox folder, or create new ones. I hope this clarifies!
-
Hi @"AprilDawnBA11", I hope you're doing well! Keep in mind that this is the Dropbox official forum, and it is a public community for all the Dropbox users in the world. Do you need any assistance, or want to know something specific? Keep us posted!

Hey @"Kristen3", sorry to hear about this. Have you by any chance tried using our self served look up tool to identify the email address that's associated with the charge in question? That'd help us check if you have two accounts. You can also check your plan page, to see if you're using a Basic, free plan or a paid one.…

Hey there, @"ShawnS", thanks for joining our Community! How long has this been going on? Can you please check the exact sync status and version of the app for me? If you also click on the Dropbox icon, then on the initials/profile pic and then on "view sync issues", do you see anything listed there? Let me know what you…
