Hi @"csteddy", in some cases if the app crashes, it might restart after a while without intervention from the user, but I can't promise you that this will for sure happen every time. The most certain way would be for the user to launch it, or maybe re-start the device, to make sure the app is syncing as it should.

You should be able to click our camera-like icon and attach your screenshot here @"Pecan111". Just make sure that you're using either a desktop to do it, or if you're on mobile, you can use your browser and use the desktop mode there.
