Hi @"kmagic" The only way you may be able to do this is via Support, however, how long ago did you access the account? Was it over 12 months? If so the data on it would have now been deleted due to it being inactive.
-
You need to contact support @"GSBox" : www.dropbox.com/support.
-
You can go to https://www.dropbox.com/account/general and click on the 'Clear' next to manually added accounts
-
If you added them to your account they would be in the folder or file that was downloaded at the point of adding them. Note this would be using your quota up though. If they were just links you viewed on the website, no, you will need to go to the website link again to see them.

Dropbox didnt, and never ever, had a 9.5gb plan. To get that much space it has to have been earned via referrals etc. What space is showing if you go to https://www.dropbox.com/account/referrals or clicking on the little icon at the top right of the page at www.dropbox.com/home
-
Have you given it time to download? Do the files show up at www.dropbox.com/home ?-
-
You need to contact support as your sharing has been banned for some reason: www.dropbox.com/support

@"fredone" wrote: This could very much be the issue. Does that small drive have space? Dropboxs local cache files stay on the OS drive (ie. your 128gb one) and will rapidly fill with all the different download versions while you are syncing/changing things. My guess here is that drive is full and so syncing has stopped as…

@"Nevil" wrote:No its not working Version history will only work based upon your plan. So 30 days of files for free users, 180 if paid. It isnt possible to retroactively change that (i.e. you cannot pay now to get longer).

You dont have a second drive installed do you @"fredone" that runs the applications on it?

@"lstromness" wrote:Why? Will it be added back in the future? This was super helpful Dropbox dont release roadmaps, and given its been removed I'd suggest it wont be 😞

@"Brian39" Are they big files? If so you need to give it time for Dropbox to sync and go to the standard icon again before it can download to other devices. That is often what some people miss - especially on laptops where you just slam lid down when done 😉
-
Have you got a link at all? Sounds interesting.
-
It isnt needed because Dropbox doesnt sync to a mobile device - you download the files as you need them on mobile devices so it doesnt use space unless you actively open it 🙂
-
Hi @"Dave Neve" If I am reading this right you want to sync stuff to Dropbox but then have it located in another directory (e.g. a 'Work' folder for example inside Documents?). If so, no, it isnt possible. Dropbox will only sync what is inside of its own directories.
-
It sounds like your sharing has been disabled - I'd suggest contacting support at www.dropbox.com/support and ask for help

@"KATHYLRANKIN2" wrote: I need help only on water marking many photos at once the same watermark and sharing Them? I supplied that on your initial thread - you can do it via Automations.

I'm not sure where you were 'viewing' the file from if I'm honest - that wasnt clear. BUT Dropbox should sync to all devices. If it isnt check its running: www.dropbox.com/downloading AND that it isnt showing errors on the screen when you mouse over its icon on the status bar.

@"ByTheWillow" wrote:Hi Hannah, If I didn't accept the invitation and they removed their access, then who becomes the owner? Nobody becomes the owner. The folder will now not have an owner at all. And I've just noticed that you were sent this in 2018 meaning the folder is 5 years old. It is therefore very, very likely they…

You can watermark with upgraded plans: https://www.dropbox.com/features/share/watermark And you could then use Automations to do so automatically: https://help.dropbox.com/organize/dropbox-automations Also, consider having a look…

Hi If its asking for a signature it sounds like its been sent via Dropbox Sign and so that would be correct. PDF editing is only available with certain things (i.e. add text boxes etc.) and that should be the same as opening any files like Word etc.
-
Hi @"KBro67" As Rich said you havent enabled it. This is not 2FA. You cannot set this up on your account it is a security tool Dropbox has set up on ALL accounts. It is not possible to turn this off and on. The only people who can possibly help are via the ticket. Note, however, that often you cannot regain access if you…

Have you looked at www.dropbox.com/backups ?
-
Where did you upload them to @"truebluekiwi" ? And how?
-
I find the same often happens 😞 Do check, however, that in Account Settings (https://www.dropbox.com/account/general) your date format is set correctly.
-
How long is it since you last logged in?
-
What OS is it using? What version of Dropbox?
-
No it isnt I'm afraid. As a workaround I usually duplicate the file I am going to restore first.
-
Such info isnt stored I'm afraid @"donza ". The only info would be when it was shared (at www.dropbox.com/events) and if they accepted by fact they are in the share.
