If you were a part of shares etc. you will need readding to those to get access again - but, you will need enough quota to do so (i.e. you may need to pay for an upgrade)

Do they show at all on Events @"VM Education" ?
-
What is www.dropbox.com/events showing? Does that show the deletion at all OR importantly the initial upload?

@"raihan ahmed1" wrote:Thank you Rich but my dropbox folder was not in sharing It was as soon as you joined the Team. When you did that everything in your account became owned by the Team - you are told this during the onboarding process. Its why Dropbox almost tries to force you down setting up a new account instead.

They’ve just told me they won’t refund the charge and have provided me with a random persons email address and told me they’ll cancel “my subscription”. I’ll have to contact my bank, so frustrating though 😞 Thats the right thing to do…

If they are deleted how long ago did it say deleted? The only way to restore it is via that events tab and following this. BUT the deletion must have been less than 30 days ago. The account plan you are on is what counts towards the deletion window. Upgrading will not change that. If it was over 30 days ago they are not…

Does anything here help?

Resubscribing wont help - as that just gives more capacity to the account. What is Events showing?

@"gotghosted" wrote:Im sorry to say this, but I don't think that will help me. I have already submitted 2 support tickets for my issue, and have not heard back for the first. Thank you anyways. That is the only way of getting assistance I'm afraid. It maybe that Dropbox arent able to assist. They have said this on multiple…

If I'm honest I'm not sure - but the symlinks themselves arent in Dropbox, they are at the original location. A google of Microsoft's help pages may help?
-
I'm afraid Dropbox wont support/sync Symlinks. Dropbox only sync's files inside of the Dropbox folder - so the files should be in that location and symlinked at the original

There have been a few people mentioning Epson (and Brother) issues recently. It seems like they've done some tweaks/updates which have broken things. I suggest speaking to them as the issue seems to be software related.

When you downgrade data is not removed or deleted as long as you downgrade and do not close account. Have you checked what www.dropbox.com/events shows? Note you may have issues if your account now is not large enough to hold the data

Phone support is only for paying business customers (note - not on a trial) and there is no email support. All support is via www.dropbox.com/support or here.

@"Greenlaw" wrote:No fix yet. All my shared images are still broken today. It seems to be an intentional change on shared links - based upon the fact that the links themselves work when not on a web page. I would not expect Dropbox to change this - they didnt last time. There seems to have been a change to how links are created/shown over the past few days, yes.

Its very unlikley, however, you need to ask Support: https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access You may need to do so while not logged in, even to here, so try using an incognito window

Mine display fine using: Dropbox: 198.4.7615 Apple M1 with 14.4.1 (23E224). When you installed did you grant access to all permissions?

Dropbox doesnt have such a feature. Sorry

Dropbox isnt a hosting site, it shouldnt be used as one for reasons exactly like this. Due to the number of posts on this today I suspect that there has been a decision to change how links work/render which has caused them to fail. This is not the first time they've done this, and it wont be the last. Similar posts are…

On the iPhone do you see a file if you add it on your computer or the website for where the shared folder is (note, not in the share)?

Unfortunately not - Dropbox simply doesnt work like this. All files for Dropbox only sync if they are inside of the 'Dropbox' directory
