Are those quota's from www.dropbox.com/account AndyL? Which version of Dropbox? Also, have you checked you have enough hard drive space?

I'm moving this to API forum as you'll need to fix the issue in your app for it to work.

As per the help article the only thing to do is uninstall the application and use the website. Unfortunately I cannot see this changing.
-
That is correct Wiene.
-
That could have been an older version or a glitch.
-
I'm 99.99% sure thats because that tab isnt designed to show that information. The notification they'd receive would be a small pop up notification on their screen for a few seconds. That notification screen is for larger updates (e.g. 'X shared a folder with you. Accept / reject'). I'm just checking that though now.
-
What do you mean 'tab notifications is empty?'. Sorry. Not quite following :) As an aside maybe an update would help? www.dropbox.com/install
-
They should get the notification as long as they have Dropbox running AND they've turned on notifications within Windows (I assume?) and the Dropbox client itself.
-
I'd suggest thats best as unfortunately it is there app that needs to have the capability to either connect to Dropbox, or, accept files being opened.
-
Are these on mobile apps? If so I suggest speaking to Procreate to ask how they suggest you import files.

They will know as they do monitor here, but, in the examples I gave threads were in the hundreds within days of it happening - this one isnt hence saying its probably worth accepting it wont be back.
-
Not meaning to be bearer of bad news but I've never ever known Dropbox to reverse a decision once made (XP, earlier versions of OSx, Public Folder to name a few), so, I can say that with some certainty its unlikely to come back. I suggest if you want to make your opinions known you post over at…

I was going to suggest posting on the 23.4.18 thread, but I cant find it. I'd suggest logging a ticket as its possible its a bug: https://www.dropbox.com/support to log http://dropbox.zendesk.com to track Replies will also take at least a few working days
-
Thanks for screen shot - thats helpful! I'm on a Mac (using v 23.4.18) and when I've tested it here I can move it to another drive without issue. Have you tried updating to a newer version and see if that helps? www.dropbox.com/downloading
-
I'm going to move this to the API forum for you raRaRa as they will be best placed to help!
-
Its the Dropbox software itself, and no, it isnt RSS I'm afraid.
-
Unfortunately Rich is right. The RSS feeds have all now been deprecated.
-
You can see if a shared folder has been joined at www.dropbox.com/share but you could never actually track shared links (https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/view-only-access) as Dropbox doesnt track that information.
-
You cant do it via the desktop software, sorry, but you could *try* and see if www.dropbox.com/recents helps although I have a feeling it will simply say 'X added 25 files'.
-
Through Dropbox. Free users only get a 20gb/day streaming limit across all of their files (or 10,000 clicks) if they are a free user (200gb/day if paying). Also, please remember that Dropbox will only show you the first 15 minutes of a video via the website regardless of how long the video is.
-
It does work - I've just done it myself. You choose the option I highlighted in red and then follow the prompts. You selected the wrong option and rather than just admitting that and phoning up to ask them to swap you over as a rational person would you are shouting lawyers, fraud etc.
-
Collectivies - you can pay monthly, but, when you join you have to choose that option youself. It doesnt happen automatically. You've selected (and agreed to throughout the process) to pay annually.

I think a few posts have gone missing in between ours.... If you upload from a DROPBOX OFFICIAL application on a mobile to the cloud then delete from your phone they wont delete from cloud. If you use third party ones (including some which almost look identical to Dropbox ones - Samsung Connect for example) then you can…
-
Just check with your bank as in the UK they will usually do this as soon as you phone and say 'do it', however, when they contact the company to query why they've charged it as soon as they can prove the charges are legitimate (which they are) you can find yourself losing the cash again out of your account
-
Or @"Sanchez" you could read what @"Rich" said a fortnight ago (with no further posts since so not sure why the thread was bumped?) and look at the file which shows its a URL accidentally dragged in.
-
My honest opinion? They wont redirect to other sites - or they would have offered that already. I'd also, personally say, once bitten twice shy so maybe think twice about putting them on Google - as they have removed services previously. Maybe put things on your own domain/link for a few bucks a year?
-
Are you getting any errors etc. ? Are they coming from the same account?
