I'm not aware of any nor have I seen any on here I'm afraid I suggest a simple Google Search to see if any such applications even exist.
-
How did you delete them on your computer? When you deleted them on the computer they should also delete on the website - did that happen? Or, did you use Selective Sync which just stops syncing to that local device, but, does not stop it being in your account etc.
-
Weird Do you have any extensions in use?
-
Weird, which version of Safari and Chrome you using?
-
Have you tried an incognito window? Are you using a work network at all?
-
You need to speak to Apple about the Beta FJJ.
-
Hi Derloopkat - when you send the link alter it so that it is forced to download https://help.dropbox.com/desktop-web/force-download
-
If I'm to help I need to at least know the web page URL which shows the information.
-
Where are you seeing its shared with 12 people Lucycxs?
-
We need WAY more info here.... Where are you trying to do this? How? What you using? What errors etc.?
-
What are the ticket numbers?

@"djc0" wrote: OK i see now from reading some of the other posts that Dropbox doesn't release change logs. WTF?!?! I think the latest release introduced a bug and i'm trying to figure it out. Really hard with zero information about what they've changed on my computer with the latest stable release, and if any of the beta…

Have you done as it suggested on that link and contacted the Business Sales people?
-
Hi KenLoebel You dont need to write to them to stop payments, you just go to www.dropbox.com/cancel Do you happen to have any ticket numbers?
-
Hi DeeLT Could you try a reinstall and make sure while doing it that Dropbox gets given all the permissions it needs? www.dropbox.com/downloading
-
Hi @"jpeterson6426" You'll need to speak to Facebook about it I'm afraid as its their site having the issue. However, it isnt unheard of that Facebook bans, even temporarily, Dropbox links due to spamming. If you give it a few days it may work.
-
You need to mouse over the Dropbox icon - where it tells you what its up to (e.g. indexing....)
-
Dropbox is currently having known server issues. See https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Error-messages/Server-Error-message/m-p/230069#M12758

Which version of Dropbox?
-
Good luck with OneDrive as they also auto renew, as does Microsoft Office subscriptions.
-
You mean the auto billing they send you an email about 6 weeks before its renewed? Or the one you agreed to upon signing up? Or the one that also tells you about it a few days before? That one. You've had plenty of opportunity to not have it auto renew, it isnt anybody's fault if you have ignored the warnings. You could of…

As has been said it isnt possible to change the album cover.
-
You need to rename them in to the correct order (e.g. 001.jpg will display before 015.jpg etc.) [This thread is now closed by moderators due to inactivity. If you're experiencing a similar behavior, feel free to start a new discussion in the Dropbox Community here.]

@"Kester" - apologies your posts didnt appear. They were for some reason picked up by spam filters. They are being a bit overzealous at the moment due to a mass influx of spam over the past few weeks. I've marked them all as none spam and they should show up shortly.
-
As per messages already posted there are no refunds I'm afraid. You needed to have done that before the upgrade when you received the emails. Make sure you stop future ones at www.dropbox.com/plans

*moves to API forum*

Speak to the developers of the App. After all it is them who will be able to tell you how to use it.

Chris H.2 wrote: You DO know this has been an ongoing issue, them refusing to even talk about it, right? And that it used to be a common thing for them to release a list of changes with every new release? So what changed? You missed out the bit where they said over a year ago that they were working on it and would come…

Yes. I'm saying Dropbox is not a good backup solution. In fact I'm saying its a bloody awful one. Because it is NOT a backup solution. A backup solution would never, ever, delete your data (this one does after 30 days/longer if paid), it would also never need human input to recover data which included more than 1 or 2…

That just states they use Dropbox Business as a tool, not backup. However, I will reiterate what Rich said. Dropbox isnt designed, nor intended, to be a backup tool. Its a function it does really badly. Yes you can get data back within 30 days (or longer if you've paid for the add ons), but, human intervention is needed…
